Beware £49.99 direct debit taken out my account under this company name. I have never signed up to any subscription or direct debits nor have i ever made any payment to this company. Bank refunded the amount immediately.

Never use these pirates!
They make an offer then make it impossible to cancel by pretending that their website is down for maintenance right at the point where you'd be cancelling it.
Emails are delayed conveniently so that the "payment can't be stopped" and they "don't process refunds"!
These need to be shut down!
Look at the reviews! It speaks for itself. Wish I'd looked at this lot first.

I don’t know how but I noticed this company taking money from my account, I have never heard of them never subscribed to them, I don’t read magazines and I haven’t had any delivered. Will be lodging a complaint with my bank about them and ensuring they can’t take any more money. Shocking terrible illegal stay away at all costs

Absolute scam company! They have stolen £79.99 from my account despite not knowing who the company even is! My bank has now back charged it and given me my money back, but this company needs investigating!

Solch ein schlechter Service und eine schlechte Handhabung von Anfang an ist für Kunden unzumutbar, das Geld zahlen lassen, aber Funktionn die mehr als schlecht sind!!
Mein Abo habe ich bereits gekündigt, leider für ein Jahr bezahlt, lesen ist unmöglich, mal geht es mal nicht!
Das ich jetzt auf einmal, auch noch im Urlaub keinen Zugriff mit meinem Tablet habe, das ist das i Tüpfelchen!

Just terrible. Announced months ago of transitions for multiple sites/stations etc. and can't get it right. Subscriptions not pulled over, logins not transitioned, passwords scrambled so they're now wrong.

Nightmare. What a failure. If you need some capable people I'm looking for a job, even if it's something I don't know how to do I can probably help.

They charged me for a further 6 months magazine subscriptions without fulfilling their 3 for £5 trial. I was waiting for the 3rd copy to arrive but was billed for £30 for another 6 months. Apparently they don't do refunds even though I haven't received any of the further 6 copies billed for. Apparently they don't do refunds! So why have a claim a refund option on their billing receipt.

Leider ist weniger als 1Stern nicht möglich! Mein Kündigungswunsch per Mail vom 16.03.2024 wird mit Verzögerung erst am 02.04.2024 beantwortet, und dann mit der Begründung "nicht eingehaltene Widerspruchsfrist" abgelehnt. Telefonische Klärung ist nicht möglich, da nie! ein Ansprechpartner erreicht wird, und per mail auch keine Kompromiss-Lösung für die Abo-Dauer angeboten wird.

NEU 11.06.2024: Auf meine Bewertung erhielt ich eine Antwort von der Aboleitung, nach deren Überprüfung des Vorgangs die Vertragskündigung dann doch akzeptiert wurde.

I gave a relative a gift subscription for Christmas using my Tesco Clubcard rewards with no intention of renewing.
Low and behold this week £25 was taken from my account. I immediately notified Bauer and they don’t do refunds and referred me to their terms and conditions.
They know exactly what they are doing.
Please don’t get caught like me and many others.

Terrible company - refusing to give refund of £31.50 after i took out a gift subscription for a xmas gift for a one off payment for 6 issues of mojo for £19.99. they didnt warn me that the renewal was due and instead referred me to the terms and conditions which i have never seen nor signed !! rip off company -DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY

I listen to Planet Rock on my computer & I have just seen the most disgusting advert from GB "News" a far-right organisation peddling fake news, a pro-war in Gaza advert telling lies and deliberate untruths. This advert should be immediately deleted.

I would have given a zero star rating if it had been available. Bauer Media got rid of Wave 105 which was excellent and my favourite radio station for years. They replaced it with Greatest Hits Radio which is rubbish by comparison and I won’t listen to it. I feel so sorry for the brilliant Wave 105 team.

Bad, bad decision Bauer. With you it’s clearly all about greed. Why didn’t you ask Wave 105 listeners what they thought before you got rid of it? You could have bought Wave and let it carry on. But no, you clearly don’t care about the local listeners. Shame on you.

I texted into magic radio on the 3rd of may 2024 ( which was apparently free) just to wish my wife a happy anniversary and it cost me £1.40 or five texts! Slippery buggers the same thing happened a few months earlier. Do not text into radio stations or these scammers will take your money.

Seit Jahren treue TV 14 Leser.
Jedes Jahr wird keine ordnungsgemäße Rechnung geschickt, sondern direkt unter Beaufschlagung von 3,00 bzw. 6,00 EUR eine erste bzw. zweite Mahnung verschickt. Auf diverse E-Mails keine Rückantwort, auf die Online-Kündigung auch keinerlei Stellungnahme. Auch telefonisch ist niemand erreichbar. Lange gebührenpflichtige Warteschlangen, darüber hinaus kein Durchkommen. Warte seit geraumer Zeit auf eine Stellungnahme, nichts tut sich. Eine Zumutung!!!

I got a additional fee in my vodafone bill and says purchase fee where I haven’t made any purchases , but when i tracked down the bill number it says that its from bauer media

Um die TV 14 in Spanien zu kaufen, muss man jetzt noch tiefer in die Tasche greifen. Innerhalb von 14 Tagen um 0,30€ erhöht, von 2,90€ auf 3,20€. Somit hat sich das für mich erledigt 🤷‍♀️
