Good service good opticians

Good advice received on suitable glasses for computer use.

The staff are always so helpful. They make time for you. Never rush you and explain things clearly . They are also always happy and well coming. 10 out of 10.

Never needed glasses before so a little nervous prior to going. Have to say really disappointed with the service. Made to wait 20mins before actually going in for me eye test, felt rushed throughout. Then the young lady just wanted to sell me the most expensive glasses ever. I was reassured by the examiner that I could return the glasses if not satisfied. Once examination completed told need glasses for working on the computer, sadly after the brief service , the rest was laughable. The young lady could not of been less prepared or interested in assisting me. Interestingly was not aware I could return my glasses if not completely satisfied. During the process of picking the glass frames, she continually left me for other customers coming in. Wow!
Returned to collect glasses 2 1/2 weeks later to be told can’t return glasses, any problems we will just re-examine you.
Worst experience ever. Shockingly bad, arrogant service throughout.

The staff are ALWAYS so helpful and friendly whenever you go in or call... my 7 year old had his eye test and the optician was so good with him... they are a great opticians and I would highly recommend them.

The eye test was carried out in a nice friendly atmosphere and went smoothly. It was like two friends chatting. The pre-test staff were friendly too. An all-round good experience.

I never have a problem at Bayfields. All staff are friendly, helpful and totally professional. I am always treated with kindness and respect, in fact, I look forward to my appointment and seeing them all ! I would have no hesitation in recommending Bayfields.

Wonderful staff and service

Outstanding service at Bayfields Opticians

I had such a fantastic experience at Bayfield Opticians. From start to finish, the service was excellent.

Jennifer carried out my eye test and she was absolutely fabulous — so professional, thorough, and incredibly knowledgeable. She explained everything clearly, took her time, and made me feel completely at ease throughout the appointment. You can really tell she takes pride in her work and genuinely cares about her patients.

I couldn’t be happier with the service and would highly recommend Bayfields Opticians, especially if you’re lucky enough to have Jennifer look after you!
