After 2nd eye test within a month the glasses were still blurred. After a short discussion she was baffled that I couldn’t see through the glasses. Surprisingly I was offered a full refund with no intent of rectifying the issue

Lyndsey was, as usual, friendly and efficient. She knows my style and never fails me.
The optician, whose name I cant remember, is one I haven't seen before but she was excellent. I will definitly want to see her next time. She was excellent.
