All the people at Bayfields Camberley who dealt with me on June 9th and 26th were proficient, polite, positive, helpful and friendly. These comments apply particularly to Neelam, the optometrist who tested and examined my eyes at Bayfields on both visits. (I underwent a cataract removal elsewhere last November.) I would recommend Bayfields Camberley to anyone who requires a new prescription after cataract removal.

Procedure was on time. Brief and and no wasted irrelevant bits.

The staff were very helpful and pleasant and did all they could to solve my eye problem. I would recommend them.

Thorough eye test, came here for a second opinion as I could not get on with the glasses provided to me by another optician. While they confirmed the prescription, they provided with a different type of glasses (digital lenses) that the other provider had not offered. I can already see an improvement in my headaches but it is early days. I will switch my regular checkups and prescription to bayfields. It was more expensive than other providers but I am very happy with the quality of the service and the glasses themselves.

Neelam, Teya and Holly were absolutely fantastic during my visit. The Eye Examination was the most thorough I have had, and the process was smooth, everything was explained in detail. All the team were super professional. Fantastic service

I have been with this Optician for quite a few years. They are the best opticians and they provide a direct personal service they care about the customer and the individual comfort health and well-being. I drive miles just to be with them and have them look after my eye and audiology care.
