Very friendly and welcoming.
I had originally booked for wax removal but this proved unnecessary so the audiologist suggested using the time to carry out the test.
The audiologist explained the procedure for my hearing test and the results, with recommendations for when a further test would be advisable.

A professional welcome
A professional welcome, the offer of coffee added to this. Staff appeared friendly but maintained the professional demeanour. The eye examination was comfortable as I was put at ease and each step was explained.
