Phillip Fielding is without a doubt the most helpful person for us with any of our IT queries. We've used BDR for a number of years, and he is always quick to respond, puts up with our lack of IT knowledge and gets us back up and running (with any improvements that need to be made etc).
He's always really friendly and a pleasure to talk to!

this morning i had to find a pass code for a new iphone to use for Teledermoscopy. I emailed in and then Phones IT. The gentlemen on the phone advised me that the phone would reset in 10 mins. my first pt was at 9 and this was about 9:10. I waited the 10 minutes. but the phone still wouldn't let me unlock it.
thankfully my manager had emailed Alex Heard-white separately and she replied with a pass code.

Excellent technical service within the limits of my local infrastructure, but not always quite 100% in admin areas without some prompting, but very satisfactory results after some email exchanges.

Teniola is fantastic, extremely helpful, polite and explains everything. He is a real credit to the team!

Easy to log an issue and good communication - new piece of equipment installed within 24 hours

I was a long term client until prices began to rise.
I agreed a new monthly contract sum and eight months later my new contract sum was never applied therefore I cancelled the account.
I can’t get my overcharge sum returned. This was as basic agreed contract sum less what was taken by BDR on DD……
BDR are still yet to credit my account, BDR are incapable of getting the basic maths correct.
I since agreed a service at 30% of BDR charge

Phillip is an outstanding IT professional. He is consistently super helpful and always seems to have the right answer, no matter the issue. He is patient, friendly, and always able to assist whenever I need support. His responses are attentive and prompt, and he communicates clearly, making even technical issues easy to understand. A real pleasure to work with and a reliable go-to for IT help.

Took a long time to get actioned as cases kept on getting stuck with account managers rather than creating the new online exchange licenses. We asked for an updated list of the licenses that we now have to ensure all have been included but this still has not come through and I assume is stuck with the account manager
