This is not the first purchase I have made and the experience has been excellent. Product is extremely good quality as proven by the rough and tumble use by a 4 year old and a six year old. The interaction I have had with staff has always been friendly and helpful. My last order took 6 days from ordering to arrival over the Christmas/New Year break which I think is super efficient. We love this bean bag just as much as the freaky cousin we bought. The kids jump all over them when playing floor is lava just as much as we use them to sit comfortably for movie night! Such a brilliant Product.

We bought 4, one for each member of the family and we love them. They're great for the deck but also fun in the TV room fit the kids. Bright colors and are super comfy.

I purchased 2 beanbags for my kids and they are great! Strong enough to withstand kids jumping into them from their beds, dragged through the house, and still look good. Plus they are comfy for when I want to use them whilst reading.

What started as one bean bag for our eldest son, turned into another bean bag being purchased for the lounge room. We just love it! Easy to fill and just comfy to sit, snuggle or lay on!!!

Excellent company, excellent product.
I would give more stars if I could. I initially had difficulty with the shipping ( the first option for shipping was Couriers Please, I believe that they have changed this now. Couriers Please is notoriously hit and miss. My package did arrive with them on this occasion though.) Because of my distress with Couriers Please, Bean Bags R Us sent another beanbag through Australia Post to ensure I got my item. They also made the shipping options clearer so you know which ones are Australia Post and which ones aren't. I now have two beanbags which I wasn't planning on but it's actually better as I can change over the cover with no down time, one in the wash, one on the beanbag insert. I will contact the company to find a method of paying for the extra beanbag.

I ordered the premium pool bean bags and received them within a few days. We have use them and they are fantastic. I have already recommended Bean Bags R Us to my friends and they are extremely satisfied too.
