I have been going through BEC for my electric for a few years now and always get good service from them, especially Karl. I trust them to get me the best deal and if I'm already on it, they advise accordingly. They are not like the companies that hound you on the hour every hour. I have used BEC Consultants to arrange my energy contracts for several years. Recently Jordan has been acting on my behalf. I've always found him to be very knowledgeable about the energy market, as you would expect. He happily passes on this information so the customer gains insight as to how the energy markets work. I find this highly useful in helping me to take decisions. Jordan comes across as a warm, open and friendly person and this certainly helps to make what can be a dry experience much less of a chore.

It was lovely dealing with Jordan he explained everything in detail and I felt very confident that the switch over will be easy.

Alex Knott was very helpful but also very patient . it was a complex situation covering a number of sites. He explained the process clearly.

Morgan was very helpful and polite and also listened to our needs and found quotations quickly as he understood that we small business with limited time to give. Would recommend him to others.

Dealt with Karl at BEC ,very easy to deal with and explained everything in easy to understand terms together with great prices.

Jordan came across very professional back in 2022 when we signed a 3 year contract with both gas and electric for 3 sites, however, since October 2022 they have not been in touch. I find out today that they have signed us into a 12 month contract with just electric over the 3 sites without notification or prices. Tried phoning and emailing, NO response!!!

everything was handled in a professional , easy way and really helped us to get the decision made quickly.
