Fantastic service!

We purchased a lovely bed which we put together- except the 2 feet that attach to the middle base bar for support don't fit - because there is no hole for the screw to do so and the feet dont actually fit under the bar. We have been patient in waiting for the replacement parts, and now that they have been sent, have found they are exactly the same as before with the same problem. Very disappointed in the way Bedzy have not really listened to the problem and we have a bed that is not fully functional and quite a few boxes with parts that we cant use.
ANOTHER week later - and they still can't fix this issue.
I since found a welder willing to fix the problem (cheaply! ) and I also received a refund from Bedzy… so all in all an end to the drama but don’t think I’ll be buying from here again.

The purchase process was easy along with the selection requirements for our needs. The mattress came well wrapped and protected. Easy instructions and safety knife for opening. So far very comfortable and would reccommend.

As mentioned with everyone else, dispatch times are ridiculously long. I ordered an item a week ago which still hasn’t been dispatched and because I’m regional it may take over a month to get here after it has been sent. Regardless of if they are having sales or not, these guys should streamline their shipping processes and not make people “pay for priority” just to get things out of their warehouse. Not sure if this is a new company finding their feet or they just haven’t navigated other ways of dispatching but it’s a lot slower than other companies who also handle large shipping loads. All orders should be a priority to a business and I understand express shipping comes at a higher cost but I would prefer waiting for shipping and at least know the item has been dispatched instead of having to wait 2 weeks for it to be sent and another 2 for it to be delivered.
I ordered something else from a similar company 2 days after this one and it’s arriving today so maybe it’s a staffing issue and no one in the warehouse to actually get stuff out but it’s a lot slower than other places. Anyway, I’m still waiting, and it still hasn’t been sent yet but from photos I love the product and other than that don’t have a single thing to complain about. I would likely purchase again from this company because they have cute stuff but just be aware that if you want things within the month either pay for priority or order from somewhere else because these guys dispatch at a snails pace. They do prewarn you on the website though that it’s 7-14 days so take that quite literally when ordering and it can be longer during sales times. As a few other people have mentioned if they can’t keep up with the demand at sales times maybe they should ax the sales but I think the issue may be their dispatch process or stock issues so as a company they should probably review that to see how they can best streamline the problem to get that down abit to create a better customer experience because in this day and age patience isn’t something people have especially when you’re competing with companies like Amazon who offer 1 day delivery. On a positive note the customer service team are super quick with responding to enquiries and are super helpful as well as good prices for items so hoping the product is just as awesome when it arrives! 😊 Those dispatch times though has still has put a negative spin on a overall good experience which is why I’ve only given 3 stars. Hoping they can focus their energy on fixing the dispatch times and this company will be chefs kiss.

The king single trundle bed package we ordered was fantastic and looks amazing! Delivery was prompt. Instructions were easy to follow and the quality of everything included was excellent, the mattresses are great.

Got one sun-bed today , the other one not yet ? It looks completely different than the picture . You have to put together from small bits with the worst instructions ever .

I ordered the Henley Queen Gas Lift Storage Bed Frame with LED Lights – Black. I love it! The lights are awesome with many colour options, Storage is a plus, it's sturdy and doesn't move one bit! Delivery took a while(was during a sale) other then that I highly recommend Bedzy!

Bought the Amos House Shaped Bed package for 2 year old granddaughter. Bed is amazing and granddaughter was so excited and is sleeping soundly in her new bed.

Bed arrived fast, easy to put together. Lovely bedhead but not great quality and very low to ground which I wasn’t aware of, as a middle aged couple the only person that is happy about it is our 13 year old dog who can easily get up on it.
