One of my items I brought didn’t pass…

One of my items I brought didn’t pass their quality check but they replaced it with a different item and gave me a discount. I love my purchases and the customer service lady that helped me was wonderful. Such a great experience!

Amazing value for money

Amazing value for money and the quality is decent for what you pay. As expected in high sales periods it took a little for my order to be shipped from the warehouse but from there I received it the next day (under 2 weeks from ordering). Will definitely use Bedzy in the future!

Missing screw inserts

It took 15 days for delivery. Headboard was missing 2 screw inserts so I went to Bunnings to get some as I needed to assemble it asap and did not have time for Bedzy to send missing inserts.

Great experience from start to finish

I am so happy with my purchase! Just moved to Aus and Bedzy was recommended. Just had the Trinity bed delivered, bought it for the extra storage and it didn't disappoint. Great delivery and customer service. Will recommend and reuse next time!

Excellent product and service

We are very happy with the bed, it is Excellent value for money, it did take a bit longer than expected to arrive but it was worth waiting a bit longer as there were no freight costs.

I was happy with the bed

I was happy with the bed. There were no instructions how to assemble it, but we were able to work it out.
A bit of a delay in delivery despite paying for quick delivery.

I’m sorry to hear the assembly instructions weren’t included, they should definitely have been in the box. Just so you know, we do have copies of all instructions on hand, so if you ever need one sent through, just sing out and we’ll get it to you straight away.

In terms of delivery, we do offer a priority processing option to fast-track dispatch and move your order to the front of the queue. That said, once your order is en route, delivery timing is unfortunately in the hands of the courier. But rest assured, you're always protected under our shipping promise, and I’m so glad everything arrived safe in the end.

Ordered a king size bedroom suite and…

Ordered a king size bedroom suite and bunk beds for my new place - couldn’t be any happier! Also ordered pillows, mattresses, doonas etc.
for what you pay, the quality is great! And the customer support is next to none. One of the items I ordered had broken when they were getting it ready for dispatch and I was contacted promptly and offered an amazing solution!
It did take a while to arrive and it came in batches from different carriers, but all in all very happy

Avoid this website if it seems to good to be true, it always is.

If I could give ZERO STARS, I absolutely would. I placed my order two weeks ago and paid an outrageous delivery fee on top of the item’s cost. After waiting over a week, I reached out to inquire about my order status, only to learn that dispatch times are currently over 14 days due to an overwhelming response to their sales.

To make matters worse, I was informed that if I wanted my order to be dispatched any sooner, I’d have to pay an additional $50 for express service! I’ve contacted their live chat three times about my order, and I keep receiving the same excuse about delayed dispatch due to high online sales. If they can’t handle the volume, they shouldn’t be running online specials.

It’s ludicrous that I keep getting daily emails trying to pressure me into paying an extra $50 for priority dispatch. My latest update from today’s live chat revealed that once my order is finally dispatched in 1-3 business days, it will still take another two weeks to arrive—on top of the two-week wait I’ve already endured.

I will NEVER purchase anything from this website again, and I strongly warn anyone considering an order to read this review first. I’ve never experienced such an extensive wait time for an order, and I don’t live in the middle of no where.

This is unacceptable! Avoid Bedzy at all costs!

Beds with storage.

Received my two beds, fit well, easy to ensemble. Space saving beds, lots of storage under the beds and easy lift up for daily access. Just take extra long for delivery.

Customer Service ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Honestly I was a little hesitant buying a bed online but the price really stood out compared to multiple bed stores in my local area. I ordered the bed in hope it would arrive on time for the arrival of my father in laws visit.
I emailed customer support about a request for an update and to state the importance of the timing it would arrive.
Lisa from customer support emailed back straight away and to go one further sent me a tracking number. The tracking suggested I wouldn’t see the bed on time but much to my surprise it arrived 5 days before the tracking suggested. I’m sure this was all to do with Lisa. Outstanding customer service with an approach to attend to the customers concerns.
The product is perfect and has installed my full trust in Bedzy.

Mattress and Bed…

I bought this bed and mattress a number of months ago actually. The bed was very simple and quick to assemble and together with the mattress is comfortable to sleep on.
Suffice to say I haven't had any sleepless nights.

Long wait

Mattress oredered.
Good price. Good product. Good customer communication. BUT delivery took a month after hassling them. If you need it immediately, don't buy from them. I didn't choose express delivery with an extra fee because they stated it would take 7–14 days with free delivery, which I could wait. It clearly wasn't 7–14 days. They might have ordered it to be made after receiving the order. They said they had a high volume of orders, but I read the same complaints in January as well. High order volume throughout the year? Then change the system!
