Absolutely useless customer service and warranty department. Had a P2 where the switch for mono/stereo broke off on first use, and had no progress on a replacement.
Should be a simple warranty claim, but instead you get passed around between different agents, asked to provide receipts/photos of product etc, then told you need to speak to the retailer, only for the retailer to send you back to Behringer support as they can't do anything. No one seems to know what they are actually doing. Takes weeks to get a response, and each one more unhelpful than the last.
Don't put any faith that you'll get any support once they have your money.

One Of The Worst WebSite Experiences EVER!
I own a shed-load of The Big B's products and rate most of them highly; they offer exceptional value for money and, contrary to what others have experienced, I've had only 1 product fail out of almost 40 over a near 30-year experience with the company's gear.
However, the recent web-site 'update' has got to be one of the most shambolic ever attempted by a mainstream music tech instrument manufacturer.
Alongside myriad other 'missing' products, there's:
Missing software;
Missing firmware;
Missing manuals; and
Limited support.
And that AI bot is one of the most annoying, frustrating and useless such tools I've had the displeasure of using! It's completely and utterly cr@p!!! I'm not usually one for descending into colloquialisms in publicly visible spaces such as this ... but this is so bad it's beyond laughable. Hence this post: my patience has run out entirely!
C'mon, guys, you can do better; you NEED to do MUCH better! YOU MUST DO BETTER!!!

Just purchased a Behringer XR16 Air…
Just purchased a Behringer XR16 Air from Gear4Music. It is totally useless as it will NOT maintain connection via its access point wifi. As I have had this less than 4 days I am going to return it as faulty. What a load of rubbish, never again Behringer!!!

J'ai essayé à de nombreuses reprises d'enregistrer ma carte son externe Behringer umc22, sans jamais avoir eu de confirmation. Il n'y a personne qui vous répond. De plus, le site rencontre de sérieux problèmes d'accessibilité. Minable !
Service Qualität
Ich habe ein Wing Rack gekauft. Das Gerät kommt ohne jegliche Beschreibung. Kein Handbuch - keine Hinweise auf Fundstellen. Und das bei einem sehr komplexen Gerät. Ich musste über einen Monat alles online mühsam zusammensuchen, bis Routing der live Instrumente mit multitrack Playback funktionierte.
Zudem muss ich nun feststellen, dass der rechte SD Karten Slot nicht richtig funktioniert. Stecke ich dort eine Karte ein und will Playbacks abspielen, kommt meistens zuerst eine Fehlermeldung. Dann nehme ich die Karte raus und stecke sie in den linken slot, der immer funktioniert. Danach zurück in den rechten slot - und erst jetzt wird die Karte einwandfrei gelesen.
Mein nächstes Produkt dieser Art wird sicher keines aus dem Haus Behringer sein.
Nur noch Ausfälle bei Behringer Geräten
Man kann bei jedem zweiten Gerät von einem Totalausfall oder großem Defekt ausgehen.
Herr Behringer, ich bin nicht Ihr Versuchslabor mit meinem Geld!
Ein Pro-800 ist nach 4 Monaten kaputt und liegt Wochen bei Thomann. Ein brandneuer 2-XM kann konstruktionsbedingt nicht gestimmt werden und liegt jetzt auch bei Thomann, mit einem Reparaturversuch bei einem nagelneuen Gerät.
Bought a Berhinger QX1202 mixer then…
Bought a Berhinger QX1202 mixer then out of warranty started humming even with only output leads connected and no input leads connected, unplugged output leads and silence, so it was not my gear etc, took base off( as was out of warranty) and this seemed to cure it for a while, now it gets red hot and clicks when echo/reverb effects turned up, the echo fx also not working, these are short term and use a lot of energy as you can not place your finger on part of the case as it gets hot enough to fry an egg on where the heat sink is for the obviously under rated regulator chip which is not so good.
Will not be replacing with any product from this company!

Impossible to contact this company or set up a Music Tribe account.
I need to register a new product for its warranty but Behringer make it impossible to do so. To get any support on your Behringer product you need to set up an account. The problems with this are:
1. When you register an account (on the rare event you get this far) you receive an email to validate your account. This link then does not work.
2. If you select a password reset the option to submit your request is greyed out.
3. If you try and re-register the submit option is greyed out.
4. You cannot request any support unless you have set up an account. Which takes you back to steps 1 to 3 in a never ending loop of impossibility.
Very tempted to just return my synthesiser to the shop.
Faulty item, lack of support
I previously liked Behringer for good value guitar pedals. However, I have a faulty jack socket on one, and although it's out of warranty, I've had nowhere near fair usage, fault nothing to do with wear and tear, or reasonable expected failure of a component etc. It was a battle to open a ticket, and once opened, they didn't listen and are not being helpful. For the sake of £30 they now have a 1* on my Amazon reviews instead of 5*, plus this review here, and ongoing word of mouth and other reviews as I'll alert other customers. It's just stupid.

La registration d'un produit acheté chez eux est impossible, le site "mouline/toune" sans que la registration aboutisse.
Le fait de vider les caches, de changer de navigateurs internet ne change rien.
Si vous avez des questions, posez-les en dehors de leur forum car vous n'aurez aucune réponse.
Les solutions proposées pour des pannes en dehors de la période de garanties sont peu satisfaisantes et réalisables.

Absolutely awful customer service. Been trying for 1 month to register new product and website fails time and time again. Have tried online forms and X, and no reply at all. Makes a mockery of their tag line "We hear you", maybe they do, but don't listen or reply!

Ho acquistato una cassa beringher su Amazon ad un prezzo molto conveniente, al secondo o terzo utilizzo,ha incominciato a mostrare un difetto di fabbrica, quindi ho contattato l'assistenza tecnica certo di poterlo riparare in garanzia, anche perché non avrei mai più potuto comprare quel prodotto a quel prezzo. La risposta di MusicTribe è stato un bel due di picche, dove si è categoricamente rifiutata di ripararmi il prodotto, contestandomi il basso prezzo pagato, nonostante lo avessi comprato da Amazon. Concludo dicendo che, se io compro a prescindere dal prezzo,la garanzia legale dei due anni sul prodotto è sempre un mio diritto. Alla fine hanno dimostrato poca serietà e bassezza nella gestione della pratica

Lots of fake bad reviews here
All these bad reviews here take with a pinch salt. It's obvious to me they are deliberate fakes. Behringer make really good quality products. I have analog and digital mixers, synths, audio equipment from them for many years. And I have never ever had faulty equipment supplied to me. Whatsoever!!!! Everything still works now.
Power supply failure due to poor wiring.
Bought a power supply for a Behringer mixer 1202FX which failed on its third outing. It was replaced inmmediately under guarantee by the shop I bought it from, but as they didn;t want it back I thought I'd have a look to see what had failed.
The mains lead into the unit was soldered directly to the transformer wires, except so badly done that the live mains lead had simply come unsoldered and was loose in the case. One of the others appears to have simply been twisted round a live wire with no solder at all. Not only a failed unit, but downright dangerous.
Stay Far Away From Behringer Products
This is the second time this year, already, that I get stuck with one of their products, because of the lack of a manual. Complex equipment, no manuals, no tutorials, no help from support, no activity on the forums...
On the product pages on their website, it says:"Video coming soon!" But it says this for products that exist for over 20 years and still there is no video!
Stay far away from Behringer products! Once they have your money, they dont even know you exist!
Dreadful support
I downloaded the X32 edit for Mac, only to find that my Mac would not accept it as the it did not have the proper credentials, so I had to contact the originator. I jumped through all sorts of hoops as I had to register and answer all sorts of questions, only to find that I was then in a loop that kept asking to me to log on no matter how many times I actually did! Dreadful!
