I will strongly advice everyone to stay far away from this company and their products. Pure garbage.
No after sales service.
Behringer stuff is well known for being cheap and cheerful. When it works, it does a decent job, for the price. When it doesn't however, they offer no assistance at all. Also there manuals are very difficult to understand. They often use many different names to describe the same thing. I suspect their manuals are written in German and translated by computer. If you do decide to buy, if your item develops a fault. Don't bother trying to repair it, just bin it, or sell it for spares.
Just a bunch of BOX Shifters - they don't care if you have any issues once you've paid!!
This company has bought out many old brands and is now ruining once trusted brand names with their own home made lack of customer service, useless warranty & lack of customer focus support.
All they want is your money. And all you get is basically a box that they obviously don't care if it works or not. Just like they don't care about their reviews on Trustpilot because they have never responded to any complaints.
Behringer no longer ship direct to small UK music shops. THey only want to deal with faceless EN-MASS Box Shifters like Amazon, Music Store (unprofessional) and the such like.
Behringer don't care about customer relationships, only making money.
And if you are ordering from the UK from anywhere in Europe, including the numerous BOGUS uk stores that are actually mostly all GERMAN businesses, then don't expect to get your delivery, or even your money back.
I'm still waiting for my money - even after escalating to PAYPAL. Still no refund for a NON-DELIVERY for a TC-Electronic unit (now unfortunately made by Behringer) from yet another German business (Music Store) because I can't get it locally in the UK because Behringer won't ship to the UK anymore.
I PERSONALLY AM NOW NO LONGER BUYING ANY BEHRINGER / MUSIC TRIBE TAKEN OVER BRAND ITEM. THEY ARE NOT THE BEST ANYWAY AND JUST MERE TOYS COMPARED TO WHAT WAS THE REAL DEALS. WASTE OF TIME, EFFORT AND MONEY TO BUY FROM THESE PEOPLE ANYMORE.
Products technically work, but warranty is worthless
Their warranty is worth about as much as a D*** pic. They charge you for every step of it to the point where repairing it costs as much as buying a new one. I asked them if they could give me a board view so I could fix it myself, and they said that their phantom power is patented and a trade secret so they can't let me fix it myself.
Why does the side of the box say that 48000Hz sample rate is industry leading? Focusrite has 192000Hz sample rates.
If you can't get phantom power to work, google "phantom power supply" on google. The schematics for ones you find there match pretty well. I can't believe they wanted to charge me for this.

the Products are okay but that doesnt even matter if the Support straight ignores everyone like many people rant about here on Trustpilot. never ever buy again anything from Behringer if you Expect support. Never buy again from Behringer if you Expect that you get any Warranty.

One of the worst customer services I've experienced. Do you guys even read the issues we are facing? If so, you don't act like it. Can't call. Don't get a response for days and then the response is not helpful in any manner. the only thing consistent is the automated email that says they will close your file if you don't respond soon. Well, I'm not responding right away because I'm trying to not fire away choice words at TERRIBLE and UNHELPFUL responses. I'd like to try to keep using some of your products, but you guys make it really hard to justify it when your service is complete garbage. Do better.

Good products but the worst customer service imaginable
Just hope you don't need to contact them. You can't contact directly and have to set up a music tribe account. I tried and my log-in details aren't being recognised so I'm either stuck or have to try setting up ANOTHER music tribe account. All because they no longer have a software ap that my device needs (X-Touch Mini Editor). Huge headache & waste of my time. So here I am.. warning other potential customers what they might be in for.
Appalling customer service!
Appalling customer service. I’ve made multiple attempts to contact them and am yet to have my issue resolved. There is no way to directly contact customer support and they force you to go through music tribe and creat a ticket that usually takes them days to respond, I couldn’t be more disappointed.

The Behringer UFO202 product was supplied without the required software for it to function. The user manual states that the software was on a supplied CD. No CD was supplied. I searched on the supplier website. There are thousands of downloadable items for all sorts of gadgets. I have no idea which ones are relevant. For example, some such as Win-instruments.zip (337mb) could do a lot of unintended damage to my PC if not required. There was no Behringer email helpdesk provided and no UK phone number.

Delivered an great piece of equipment 2 weeks early after i had asked if it was possible making our gig amazing and making everyone's night!!!
Poor warranty terms
This is not about any of their products, which I suppose are good enough when they work. I had a faulty pedal that they themselves diagnosed to be defective. The warranty had not expired and I had the original receipt, but since I'd bought it second hand the warranty was not valid according to them and they would not honor it. Surprising and disappointing so I won't be buying any more Behringer gear.

De er en evighed om at svare, og ofte er det så dårlig engelsk at man bliver i tvivl om deres virke. De læser ikke rigtig hvad man skriver til dem, og indtil videre har de ikke formået at hjælpe mig på nogen måde. De har ikke adgang til software som deres hardware ellers er kompatibelt med, og jeg er flere gange blevet henvist til at søge hjælp andetsteds eller blot bruge ældre versioner af min egen software, da de ikke har formået at opdatere firmware til deres udstyr. Jeg har (naivt) smidt over 5000,- i deres retning og står nu med 3 midi controllere (Behringer X-Touch One + 2 Extenders) som ikke virker optimalt med Ableton Live.
