They took time, and care, and made the whole tedious process quite enjoyable. Any time an issue that came up ( as so many often do), they found ways to make it work, and make it work in the BEST way. The attention to detail is exquisite. They find the best ways to add little touches here and there to make us feel extra cared for! They also have spent so much time developing amazing relationships with partners, so when I asked for recommendations, I trusted them. I honestly don't think that I could ever use another mortgage company, as they walk us through every aspect of purchasing, including all the different insurances, and find the best rates for every situation!

I cannot recommend Bennison Brown highly enough. My partner and I had our timeline moved forward with regards to buying our first home together and felt incredibly nervous and unprepared to start the journey. However, Keith and Susan were nothing short of fantastic in making the time to walk us through the process and assist us in organising everything quickly and efficiently. They were there to answer every question (no matter how silly!) and to cover every detail to ensure nothing was missed. Not only did they take a lot of the stress away, they managed to get our offer back in record time! (The estate agents had mentioned they'd never had a formal mortgage offer come back so soon after the accepted offer.)
