Bicester Bensons for Beds - fantastic!
I visited the Bicester Bensons shop on Saturday 3rd October, and was warmly greeted by both of the staff that were in that day. Gulam then helped me to choose the right firmness of mattress for me) which was a massive help as it's the first mattress I've bought in a very long time!), before showing a great variety of options. It took me a while (I'm picky!) to choose the right one, but Gulam kindly talked me through all of the differences, options and styles, and we got there in the end. I went home to double check sizing, and came back the next day to finalise, where I was remembered which was a great touch. I really appreciated the attention to detail, patience, and warm approach. Thank you very much to the staff at the Bicester shop! I look forward to my delivery later this month :)

First time mattress purchase - really good experience and very helpful.
This was my first time buying a mattress as a first time home owner and I visited the store in Bicester to get some help on what to go for. Overall it was a really good experience and Fiona was extremely helpful, I would highly recommend Bensons especially the Bicester store.
