The sale's man was amazing and it was delivered on time.

I would always tell people use Bensons for beds. The staff so helpful, the beds amazing, I renewed everything. Can’t wait to get my new bed. How lucky am I. I’m going back in a couple of months to have a look at the wardrobes. Thank you All so much

Raj was great, knowledgeable, and gave us all of the options available. He was really attentive and patient and made the experience calm and enjoyable, being very kind to my young toddler son too - who was running around the store lol. Would recommend and would visit again for future purchases.

From your first step into the shop the staff are very patient and attentive. They're not pushy like most places. Me and my partner was there trying out beds for about to 1h-2h and the lady who served us(Lisa) was amazing! Happily answering all our questions and offering recommendations while being very patient

We will definitely be coming back when the times comes for a new bed although that will be a good few years from now.

The delivery was great too! You get a 2h time slot of when to expect them as well as a phone call to notify you roughly when they will arrive. Delivery was quick and the two gentleman who delivered our bed was lovely and didn't even mind our pup barking at them( she was in another room out the way).
They was also more then happy to move the new bed to the room we needed it in so another 10/10 stars for service

I was allowed plenty of time to choose a new mattress. The staff (Raj) took me through all the options and helped me find the right one.
Extremely pleasant and helpful.

Very friendly and so informative let me try the mattress to see which one I needed she gave me a quote and all the information I needed

The sales assistant Jean was amazing. She was patient knowledgeable and her guidance through the process was excellent. 👍🏾

The service was excellent, from helping to decide on which bed and matress to choose plus the delivery and installation.

Excellent service from Jean at Wolverhampton branch. No high pressure selling just caring suitable advice for our needs.

Wife and I hate being jumped on as soon as we enter a store. Bensons had the formula just right. A polite greeting as we entered and allowing us to peruse at our own speed and patience without being impatient or pushy.

Staff member showed us incorrect colour swatch for a bed we wanted, on delivery it wasn't anything like the swatch shown. We had to return order, and reorder over the phone, to be charged 70 pound in delivery twice! When questioned the staff member Lisa, said it was standard for delivery fee to be automatically put on, but for her error, it should have been wavered! Upon looking at my banking app, the order totalling around £1500, they have also charged me on both occasions for paying for the orders in full via a card! What is that all about!! Again both times, Lisa of the bilston road Wolverhampton store, did not make us aware these charges would occur! Disgusting! Keep charging customers extra fees without making them aware is theft, and I'll be contacting my bank to get these payments sent back to my account, seeing as when I email they pass the book to me contacting the store, when store say they can't change payments that are generically added automatically! I don't recommend this company! I don't hold much hope in how long the bed and mattress will last after all of this!
Edit- then refund me the delivery fee i was unnecessarily charged.

From the moment we walked into the store Jean was friendly, welcoming and helpful, never pushy , she was incredibly knowledgeable about every aspect of what we needed and knew whether or not a mattress suited us before we did ( she was spot on every time) not to mention she was incredibly patient with me as I have a few long term health conditions which was making me slow and stiff , she made sure I was comfortable and not in too much pain during the testing of the beds/ mattresses , her kindness was very much appreciated. If ever we need any other bedroom furniture we’d definitely come back to this store , first class service
