All around a good experience
The manager was very helpful and especially patient when choosing our new headboard. The delivery was on time and on the date we were given !

Brilliant from start to finish
From the store visit with a very helpful staff member (Kyle) there was zero pressure and he didn’t over crowd us. He helped us choose the perfect mattress and bed. The delivery guys were great. So polite and helpful and they did a great job putting our bed together. Absolutely love my bed…. A little too much haha.

All members of the team were very helpful but the delivery people had a lot to be desired.
I had to supply scissors to open packaging then I was asked for a screwdriver and they had know idea how to put the bed together took 2hrs

B4B in Westfield Cross, Broadstairs: very knowledgeable, polite and patient salesperson, Tyrrell, made out purchasing so easy. No heavy sell, just a friendly rapport. Delivery driver Mykell Simmonds and his colleague were also very friendly, polite and hugely strong. And punctual. Regular email update and live delivery information added greatly. We are very pleased with our bed & mattress purchase, and with B4B.

Quality Bed
My salesperson was extremely helpful and not pushy at all, which made the whole experience very pleasant.
I ordered a divan bed with storage underneath and a piston hinge mechanism. I chose to build it myself, which really allowed me to see the excellent quality of the bed. I was very impressed with how well made it is.
The delivery team were also very helpful. They called ahead to let me know what time they would be arriving, which I really appreciated. When they arrived, they ensured the delivery went smoothly and even helped me get the bed upstairs to the room of my choice.
Overall, a great experience from start to finish.
