I was dreading choosing a mattress with the long drawn out sales pitch. How wrong was I. David met us as we entered the shop and I told him 3 things we were looking for. We were shown and tested 4 beds and he really understood our criteria. We were in and out within 30mins with a new bed being delivered in 2 weeks. Brilliant service David, thank you

I dealt with Shane at the Cwmbran store, he was very helpful, patient and went through all options available in the range of bedroom furniture I chose. Following my order, I received all the necessary paperwork via email almost immediately. I have used Benson for Beds for the last 15 years and would definitely use them again.
