Peter was extremely friendly and knowledgeable when helping me choose a mattress. The showroom had a big selection to choose from.

We went in to the shop with a fair idea of what we wanted then Neil came over with plenty of good advice and took his time to help my son find the best mattress for him.
Neil made it a nice chilled shop experience for a new bed.
I like the digital approach to set up agreements and payments. It takes out the impersonal nature of asking people for all their private details like income, bills and spends. Got home and an email waiting from finance company to go through the detail and digitally sign the agreement.
We had a really easy shopping experience, partly due to the smooth and unobtrusive contract documentation process but Neil was professional, friendly, knowledgeable and laughed at one or two of my dad jokes!
We ended up with a good deal, earliest delivery date possible and all complete in the shop no more than 45 mins.

Great shopping experience given by providing complete information and options, helping us to make our purchase process easier. Paul was excellent, helpful and very patient throughout my shopping and guided me to choose the right product.

We had an amazing member of staff called Paul, he was very knowledgable but not pushy. He gave us good advice and we went with his advice and purchased a bed and mattress.

Opportunity to wander round showroom and try out products before purchase. Salesman introduced himself and informed he was available to answer any questions we had and then left us alone to look at our leisure. Most appreciated as nothing worse than a sales person following you about. Once we had chosen our frame, mattress and headboard it was a smooth and quick ordering process by the assistant with some alternative suggestions offered and welcomed.

Customer service excellent. Can’t fault them! Thank you Bensons. Buying on 0% APR credit meant we could have the mattress of our dreams. So happy.

Myself and my sister decided to look in the shop in Falkirk we ended up buying a superking size bed and a mattress, great quality luxurious mattresses, Jamie was brilliant from start to finish very pleasant and was experienced too, the owner of the shop was there as well ( sorry can't remember his name lol ) got a great deal and my sister even got a cup of tea lol that they normally don't get asked for, would defo highly recommend them.

Very helpful . Could wander the shop trying out any bed there. The gentleman was very informative about every bed. He explained all the details required from the ordering to the delivery. Great customer service.

The gentleman help straight away I had a photo of a label from a bed on holiday he found a bed the and also showed us a choose of firmness. He then showed us other foam mattresses. Once we’d chosen he got right to filling out paper work and was very helpful and informative all the way through.

Jamie was both knowledgeable and helpful explaining the benefits of the electric bed I was viewin along with colour choice and the process of delivery.
