Dear Bensons for bed team,
I just wanted to take a moment to share some feedback following a recent visit to your Farnborough branch.
My partner and I came in to look at beds and were helped by a member of your team named Naveed. Although we ultimately ended up purchasing a bed elsewhere due to specific needs (from a friend in fact), we felt strongly that we wanted to let you know how impressed we were by Naveed’s service.
He was incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, and patient. He took the time to walk us through all the options, explain the differences between models, and made us feel genuinely looked after without any pressure to buy. It was clear he really cared about helping us find what was right for us.
Naveed is a real credit to your team, and we hope this message reaches his manager so he gets the recognition he deserves.

Farnborough gate was amazing
Nasim in Farnborough gate was wonderful, friendly and helpful from the moment we walked in. She knew exactly what she was talking about, gave us plenty of options, time to test lots of beds and listened to our needs. She stayed after store time to finish our order and was really helpful explaining the process of ordering, delivery and payment plans. She is a star!

Excellent buying expereince
The whole experience of buying a new mattress from Bensons for bed was fantastic. Alex the Salesman in the store was excellent. He understood what we were looking for, showed us options and even advised us not to buy a more expensive mattress, because of potential issues getting it into our house. We were extremely happy with his care and attention. Mattress now delivered and is perfect!!
