Our new bed is very comfortable, we ordered our bed from the showroom in Inverness & the staff were so helpful, when the bed was delivered the two guys Steven & Wullie were just so good & assembled our new bed in no time. To be honest the whole thing from placing the order to having the bed delivered was an excellent. 10/10

New bed woohoo
I needed a new bed frame quickly as my bed I had broke so been sleeping on floor with mattress not easy haha. So I seen a sale was on at my local store online and I loved the bed I chose so it's getting delivered on the 5th of August and I honestly cannot wait to move from the floor to a bed how I miss this. It's westby double bed in grey velvet as I have the mattress already I wanted just the frame. I hope to have a very good sleep soon lol. Sale is on but might not last.

The staff in store were very friendly and helpful. The delivery service was ahead of schedule with the lads informing us of this the day before. They delivered our mattress into the bedroom, unpacked and installed it then removed all the wrappings.

They delivered my bed bang on time and they kept me in the loop in regards to delivery, the guys even took my old beds downstairs for me, they went above and beyond their role. They even demonstrated how to assemble the lifting mechanism.

From purchasing the bed everything was very smooth. Having had a tv bed for years I knew what I wanted and the young man was very helpful. When the bed arrived the 2 delivery men were lovely they were quick and efficient at putting my bed together. I think they appreciated Having a nice empty space to work in. All in all everything was done very professionally.

He took his time explaining all the different types of mattress, and my wife was very impressed with his guidance re mattresses suitable for menopause! A serious consideration nowadays, and often overlooked.

When we went to buy a bed, the staff were really helpful and knowledgeable and were able to answer all our questions. The comms around delivery were very good and the guys who delivered the bed gave us plenty of notice and took everything upstairs for us. Excellent service all round.

Delivered on time. Regular updates given. Knew our time slot in advance. Only gripe got charged £67 for deliver which we were not aware of until read invoice.
