Great service bensons for beds Ipswich
We attended bensons for beds Ipswich and spoke to Shane and manager Craig , both salesmen were approachable , not pushy, friendly , knowledgable and realistic to online prices.
Both shane and Craig were professional salesman , we had a great experience having been offered bed care and other assessories to our purchase . Cannot moan and how they accomadate our needs. Great service .

Recommend the Ipswich store at Ransoms
Craig was extremely helpful. He answered all the questions and did not become an overpowering salesman. Understood things we talked about. Explaining in detail about the beds we were interested in. Delivery date is due soon so hopefully, all will still run smoothly.

Sofa bed is a beautiful colour
Sofa bed was beautiful colour. Not slept on yet but reasonably comfy to sit on.
Delivery was a little disappointing as the men told me they were only supposed to have deliveries to bungalows on Fridays. ( my sofa bed was to go upstairs) They then said pictures should have come off my stair walls and refused to unpack the item.
I had not been informed previously that they would not be unpacking as this would have been at extra considerable cost.
However, they did put on shoe protectors and I only had to put on the legs on the bed once it was out of the box. So all in all happy with the outcome so far.
