The clearance item (bedframe) I bought…
The clearance item (bedframe) I bought had many issues. Most of the screws at the time of initial setup in the store were tighten so much that that they had lost their thread. Furthermore there were tearing on cloths. I was also told that it will be delivered for £30/£40 but when I paid for the bed I was told that it can only be delivered for £70 and that if I want to cancel my purchase I have to wait for many days to get my money back. So not recommending clearance items to be purchased

Great experience, best customer service
Shameela was excellent to chooose us the best item and helped us to secure the bank holiday deal. She also advised us some very positive changes in order where offered additional discount as well as earlier delivery date.
