The lady assistant and the gentleman was absoloutly brilliant,I went in to queary my wardrobe drawer that was damaged accidentally by myself i called the insurance because I live on my own I'm not very good with things like this,they looked into things for me without no trouble whatsoever And sorted it out due to insurance had run out only 3 weeks ago,they found out the price and ordered me another one to purchase it took the worry and stress off me I was so thankful and grateful for all there help

Bought a bed from the park gate Rotherham store, Didn’t know what to look for and found the sales rep Helen very informative and helped with our choice She was very kind throughout our purchase, Received delivery on 18/2 which was delivered in the allocated time slot Delivery drivers Samwell and Lee were very prompt and put the bed exactly where I asked no worries, All in all a very good shopping experience

We were left to browse and when we had chosen our new bed the Assistant was very helpful and informative.

We went to the Rotherham store after my partner had spoken to the sales person Helen on the phone the day before .
We went with our daughter to find a new bed for her first house and Helen was very helpful and patient whilst we tried out various different beds and mattresses.
Whilst we were there we decided to purchase a new mattress for our own bed and again we were not pressured in any way , but given plenty of advice before we decided on a suitable quality mattress that suited us both .
So given the time to decide and try out different mattresses and styles of beds we ordered a complete bed set for our daughter, and a new mattress for us , and all this was available on interest free credit which is always a good thing to offer .

John was approachable and answered the abundance of questions my mum and I had. He wasn't pushy or impatient and we felt at ease the whole time. It was a clear and easy purchase and I walked away feel confident and calm.

We had the assessor round today to look at our mattress. We had someone doing some work for us in the other room upstairs and they heard that he was confrontational from the start. I asked him to sit on the mattress and he could feel that there is no support it collapses under you but he instantly said that they wouldn’t look at that in the assessment. He then put a piece of string and a card on his chosen spot and said that this is how they determine the outcome. He told me that it was within the guidelines and they wouldn’t change the mattress. I asked if I could take a picture of a dip in the mattress, which I did with the card but he said they wouldn’t acknowledge that as it was only in the line he had chosen. Naturally I said it was not a good test and his answer was that he couldn’t do anything, that was the assessment the company set out. I said that I would like to get someone else out to look at it. At this point my husband arrived back as he had been away travelling for work. The assessor said he was going to leave and not continue any more as I was going to get someone else out. I asked him to continue if there was anything else he could do to look into it and he said he wouldn’t, he was going to leave. He said ‘I can do anything I like’ when I asked him not to leave and to finish the assessment.
If he is an assessor how can he feel the issue when he sits on the bed but not be able to send that as a reason to replace. How can a piece of string and a card determine the quality of the mattress?

Can we please have someone reasonable to come back and assess the quality of the mattress. I had 8 injections in my back after I fell off a shed 4 years ago and my husband has issues with his back. We cannot live with this mattress. It feels like I’m rolling downhill and there is no support.

Every detail of buying our new bed was explained fully to us , giving us different options.
