Went into Speke (Liverpool) store to try out some mattresses after initially choosing one online. The service from Tracy was absolutely brilliant. Very professional, personable and so helpful. Staff knowledgeable about the beds they sell
Purchased a bed in 2013 from Bensons. Very pleased with it so went again recently to purchase a new one.
The 3 staff involved in my purchase were very helpful and knowledgeable about the beds they sell. Decided and went back 2 days later to complete the purchase.

Very helpful , lovely guy helped us decide what mattress was best for us. He gave us our space to look around and try out different mattresses , he helped us get the best deal and talked us through our payment options. Another lady there was very polite and helpful also .
