The expertise of the salesman (Chris) at the lakeside store was excellent in helping us chose the correct mattress for our requirements. The updates on the progress of the order were reassuring to know that the mattress was being made. The delivery team were polite and carried out their work efficiently. He really listened to what we wanted and took the time to suggest some great ideas for both mattresses and bed frames without ever being pushy. Shocking delivery and assembly service had to get someone myself to assemble the wardrobe as I was left with it flat packed and told another 5 weeks wait before they could return after the items was already 3 weeks late
