I am acting for a client who ordered a £300 gun which was used 5 times before cracking after a fall of 12 inches onto grass! Bespoke Airsoft say it was broken through brute force but they have only looked at a photo?!!! They have told my client to return it at his own cost and that he will have to pay for any repairs as there is no warranty!! They are not responding to emails which seems the norm from other reviews! I am issuing a claim against them in the Small Claims Court which is very simple to do online and costs about £50 which you get back if you win your case! I recommended that all disgruntled and dissatisfied customers do the same as this Company are disgraceful
and do not deserve your custom. Show them that they cannot continue to treat their customers like this!!!

Initially paid for order, waited for a time, asked for update, they then asked for my UKARA, (pretty sure I explained and provided info regarding this in the purchasing phase otherwise I wouldn’t have been able to make the RiF purchase) explained I am unable to obtain hence why having joined a recognised institution with full insurance liability which many Airsoft Retailers recognise and allow the purchases of RiFs (I have had NO ISSUES with any other retailer). Supplied all needed documentation to which I was then asked to provide a picture of myself playing the sport??? Sorry, but as my time at airsoft fields is limited due to work constraints the last thing I do is stand about taking pictures. I’m there to play. They then advised in a follow up email that they will proceed with my order. Fair enough. But not the best start.

I ordered the AGM MP40, and as per their website stock photo of the product it is the Bakelite model, although states wood. (Many companies I have found to tend to incorrectly label products).

Product received and the box states it is the full black version, open box, it is the full bright faux wood model, which ISNT the product their website CLEARY depicts. Numerous emails sent with evidence the one they advertise is not the one they have provided and no reply.

Going by the reviews I doubt I’ll hear from them. It’s a lot of money I’ve spent which is hard earnt and to not be provided with the correct product when a clear error has occurred is heartbreaking.

Do not recommend.

Unfortunately consistently terrible service. Ordered an AEG with a specific mosfet shown in the images describing the AEG, only to recieve a version with a different one installed. Upon return they still charged a 10% fee despite there being no description on what mosfet was inside other than the images, and not only that but it took over 2 weeks for them to dispatch the item and 5 phone calls, all of which gave the same scripted response stating it would be shipped later the same day (which it wasnt until I asked to cancel the order).

They also only cover returns on postage up to £10, which given where I live it always costs more than that seems ridiculous.

Overall terrible customer service, incorrect item descriptions, incredibly long dispatch times and a refund that was less than what I paid AND took 2 further weeks and 2 more phone calls to process. Would never purchase anything from them, there are much more reliable retailers available with better prices.

Appalling! Bought Tag 18 smokes from them, 6 pack!! Not cheap, two failed to go off, emailed and called emailed and called emailed and called! No reply unless they accidentally answered! Promised replacements over the phone never sent and just ignoring me repeatedly and deliberately now. Terrible products that don't work and even worse customer service, oh wait... there isn't any

After spending £300 on an item I had to make contact with a query regarding a wrong item in my order. A reply from this owner takes over 1 week...then the exchange was refused I was told to purchase the correct 1. I then experienced a problem with my purchase & was told I had to pay to return it for it to be checked which I did & no problem was found. Then my item broke, after speaking to the owner week to week about it he refused a refund blaming the very little use it has for the damage when it should be built for serious use!! This case is now with the trading standards!!

Very helpful staff. With an amazing range of weapons and gear and a state of the art range, would recommend to anyone of any skill.

Would give 0 if I could emailed as soon as order arrived as item faulty. Spent weeks to get a response and had to send back myself to get a response said they would repair and send back out but then instead stopped replying yet again. Terrible customer service will not buy from again.

Been here 2 times and everything went well. The guns are high quality as I bought the utr 45 and it has been working exactly as advertised.

Great staff, paid attention to every detail and were very helpful. Awesome range of Airsoft equipment and gadgets. Plus the very very fun and addictive 10m indoor range with the attack sense target system.

Purchased a RIF recently which arrived pretty quickly considering it was bank holiday weekend so good so far, got RIF out put in a charged battery, fired a few shots and it locked up, contacted customer support who asked that I send RIF back, no offer to pay for return shipping so cost me £15 to send it back, that was 3 weeks ago, emailed after 2 weeks and got no answer, emailed again at the start of this week and said just send the RIF back to me and I'll get it fixed myself, got a response saying they were really busy but would try and get it back to me before the weekend, it's now Thursday and nothing, emailed again asking if it was being shipped and once again no response, can honestly say this company has the worst customer service I have ever dealt with, and I would not recommend anyone buy anything from them, but if you do, hope and pray it doesn't fail because if it does you may never see it again.
