I purchased a Kizuna works KW15K because i wanted something different. Bespoke airsoft had it for a fantastic price compared to other stores, so I picked it up in store. Few weeks later, the first time fielding the gun, I encounter a lot of problems.

So I got in touch and returned the gun (and the whole order) for what I thought was a refund. Seeing as I these guns only just arrived on the market they might have common faults, and £180 + 40 for a magazine and pistol is a lot of money when it has problems the first time round. Bespoke got back in touch with me explained its out of 14 days, but they'd put it right and send it back, even refund me the £10 it cost me to send it back. I thought awesome! I'm happy with that!

Upon receiving the gun, it was clear they hadn't returned the full order like I returned. They never refunded me £10 and worst of all the gun still misfired, I tried to get in touch with them via email, phone calls, Facebook and Instagram. Was left on read. I tried to go through a PayPal dispute but seeing weeks went by I was sure to be out of any warranty by now.

So there you have it, how I spent £210 on a gun and magazine, only for it to basically not work and how bespoke pretty much ignored me.

Sadly you cannot leave no stars, so I have had to add 1... Really angry as I ordered some O Rings for hubby, from this site, and was charged a whopping £5.99 postage as it stated this was customs charges... we assumed the package therefore was coming from abroad... 3 days later it arrived here, in a small jiffy back with a large letter stamp... actual cost £1.35... so why the charge of £5.99?????? 2 emails have been sent, and of course no response, and as I have seen from other reviews, they don't respond... so I assume we won't be getting a response... well it is there loss, as there were other items that would have been purchased, from them, had this experience been a good one, but we will take our business elsewhere. Absolute rip off merchants!!
