I have send my 2 children for swimming…
I have send my 2 children for swimming lessons, the swimming pool is got very limited space, at the beginning there were 7 children assigned to lessons. Looks very challenging for them to swim as already crowded unfortunately after few weeks there is more children assigned now 9. Hardly any learning constant warm ups as not space for them to swim. Not really happy

Good Afternoon Inga,
Thank you for your review.
I am very sorry to hear that you are unhappy with the quality of the lessons delivered at the Hillingdon Sports Complex. Our swim teachers undergo rigorous training to ensure they provide structured comprehensive swimming lessons to each pupil so we are disappointed to hear that you do not feel like your children are receiving this quality of teaching.
I will ensure to pass your feedback to the attention of the centre management team so they can look into the points you have raised and provide a Better service.
Hope this helps.
Kind regards,
Charmaine
Gym is good, staff knowledge is not!
The gym itself is great but we’re being charged full non-resident prices to use the gym rather than getting 30% off on junior flex membership . It would’ve cost less without any membership!
Staff in the reception had very little knowledge and gave us incorrect information about the pricing!

Awful
Awful, there were boys jumping into the little ones lessons, junped on a girls head, swearing, fighting, alarms, kuds not able to get in the pool amd when he finally got in he was left and i had to go over as he was crying and choking on water. He bow is scared to go back. The boys were finally removed after parents complaining and then they were let back in because the staff were scared. Disgusting attitude about dealing with them and no taking control, felt un safe, a total of a 5min lesson. Never seen anything like it

Good evening Anna,
We appreciate your feedback.
We are pleased to learn of your satisfaction with the Fitness Classes at the Hillingdon Sports Complex. It is gratifying to hear that the instructors consistently uphold a friendly and professional demeanor during your visits. Furthermore, we take pride in maintaining the center's facilities to a high standard and ensuring that the changing area is well-equipped with the necessary amenities.
To avoid potential penalty charges resulting from failure to scan into the facilities, we recommend seeking assistance from a staff member who can demonstrate the proper procedure.
Thank you for your ongoing patronage, and we look forward to continuing to provide you with a positive experience.
Sincerely,
Charmaine

Discrimination and rasism
We are customers of this sport centre. Unfortunately every time we attend it we are disappointed by being treated rude by staff. We are feeling like we come to their personal home and we are unwanted visitors in there. It’s clear that they are not happy that we are coming regularly!
Today my husband was a witness of discrimination and rasism. Two men were treated an Indian man rude using words like “shout your mouth”, “I don’t care about you”, “I do what I want and you can call all the stuff in here, nobody cares”. The worst thing was when one of them said “keep the distance and don’t touch me” when he was trying to sit between them. The most offensive was to understand that they are behaving like this because they are allowed to act like this and nobody will say anything if anyone will complain because they do the same things. Shame to the management of this centre!!!

Dear Alina,
I hope this message finds you well. I wanted to personally reach out to you to express my deepest apologies for the negative experience you had at one of our Better operated facilities. Your feedback is incredibly important to us, and I am truly sorry that we fell short of providing you with the level of service and respect that you deserve.
I want to assure you that we have a zero-tolerance policy towards any form of discrimination at our organization. If not, please know that we take these matters very seriously, and I would like to urge you to reach out to the centre manager as soon as possible. It is essential that we investigate this incident and deal with it appropriately.
