We have been working with Bibby Finance for nearly a year now and its been a fantastic experience. The onboarding process was smooth and our current day to day facility is working great. I would like to particularly thank Julie Hughes and Michelle McDermott. I am completely impressed with their professionalism ,their customer service is second to none, communication is always clear and transparent, and both have been a great support to our business. Thank you for the ongoing help and assistance. I would highly recommend Bibby Finance!

Michael Wall has been very helpful since my onboarding with Bibby. He responds quickly and is always on hand to answer any questions / find solutions. The portal / user interface is good at tracking your activity and displaying your debtors.
Most importantly, my funds are available when I need them.
Overall, the service has been good and I can recommend Bibby.

Alana-May Webb is extremely professional, efficient and flexible. She is by far the best Relationship Manager I have worked with and is an enormous help to me.

Bibby Financial Services have provided great support during the past fifteen years. A positive change of circumstances dictated that we had to terminate our agreement. We have had several Relationship Managers, Relationship Executives and Credit Controllers, most recently, Carolyn Bell, Leah Morton and Paul Hickinbottom respectively all of whom have given us great service. We will miss working with Bibby.

This is a very painful and laborious process to take on board for any company. But I have to say Ian Hayes and James Hamill have been calm and resolute throughout the whole process. Being available in and out of business to support our business working hours. A positive experience.

Steve Taylor, Ben forbes-Geary & Nicky Churchill have provided excellent support through the entire onboarding process, continuous sound knowledge and explainations in and out of business hours that suited our working practises as we arent your typical 9-5ers! Always on the end of the phone for any query. Everything about my experience with Bibby has been positive from the beginning. Jamie and Liam have kept in regular contact during the changeover period from another facility, always friendly and professional, answering any questions or concerns I've had along the way. I have felt completely looked after by them through a difficult time and honestly can not rate them highly enough. Our facility has gone live today and already within an hour received a telephone call from our new relationship manager Jordan. Absolutely nothing to find fault with at all and wish we'd been with them from the start.

Superb service from the very beginning. Since my initial enquiry, Steve, Harriet and Aaron have been top class assisting us in getting a facility agreed and up and running. Clear communication, prompt responses to queries and a 'lets get this done' attitude that, lets face it, is often missing when dealing with most service providers has really made Bibby FS stand out in my mind. This facility will really aid our company growth as we plan our short and medium term goals and we could not be happier at this stage.
