My experience of using Bibby was positive, from the dedicated team from numerous departments that I dealt with was always consistent in communications.

I never felt unsafe, misled and was kept up to date with any changes and the online facility was easy to navigate while giving you all the information you need as a business.

Credit limits are fair, following using other incompetent factoring companies in the past - Bibby definitely topped service levels.

I want to mention a few key members who gave me the positive experience above and looked after my concerns while displaying patience.

Joanne Coey & Charlotte McDonnell dealt with my buy out from Bibby factoring, I decided to invest in another company and recruitment naturally come to an end, I was honest about my transition and Charlotte assisted me with an exit strategy that protected both parties and ensured no one was to loose further cost if necessary and I ended up actually saving over £4,500, she also helped with some difficult decisions around funding and always came back to me. Joanne had the toughest job to collect under £200,000 from multiple clients who are a little less reluctant to pay once they get wind the ship is sailing, she used a calm approach but turned up a notch when needed in a very professional and compliant manor. I think Joanne is a huge asset to Bibby, always consistent with her relationships. Sophie Upton was on Joannes team and was always polite, helpful when Joanne was busy or in meetings and would assist and relay messages.

Last of all the start of the process was Krishan Patel & Alyssa working hand in hand with every day account management with Krishan being new to Bibby as my relationship Manager he took on board all of my concerns and they was always rectified, he was very responsive and I actually had some laughs with him, it’s always good to have a personal element in business and he knows how to manage a client like myself - expectations and was always honest. Alyssa - fantastic credit controller, I felt bad some times as I know they have multiple accounts to deal with but she would give everything 100% and even bring things to my attention that I may have missed or forgotten about, every time a client would play hard ball - she would obtain evidence and have an email from every question. Always has compliance ready for any payment related issues.

Thanks Bibby for having me, I will be back if funding is required in the the future.

Bibby operate poorly when there is a dispute on invoices. They are intolerably aggressive and extremely unfair. They make assumptions that their clients have delivered and ignore disputes and issue wind-ups. buyers beware if you are engaging with any company who uses Bibby for factoring. Do not engage.

We have been using Bibby Financial for 5 years now, we have had various different credit controllers but we have been assigned a lady called Gunta Tangijeva who is amazing. She is efficient, always answers queries in timely manner and keeps us up to date. We have two relationship Executives, Steve Hemingway and Lauren Higson. We as a company are very happy with service that we receive.

I also want to invest the time to mention our account manager from Bibby Lucy Adams, recently we needed extra support (when I needed it most.) Lucy listened, communicated well and provided really good support that made a difference to our business. If you are looking for an invoice finance provider, I would highly recommend Lucy and the Bibby Team 100% .

I entered into a confidential facility agreement with Bibby Financial Service UK, my customer number 0019313/001 GBP.

During the first week of the confidential service, Bibby Financial Services disclosed the Confidential facility to all of my clients.

They claimed that the disclosure was a mistake. However, one year later, no one has taken responsibility, acknowledged the detrimental effect the disclosure had on my business, or made a genuine attempt to resolve the issue.

This has severely impacted my business, and it seems like no one at Bibby Financial Services is concerned about the disclosure, aside from occasional apologies for the error.

Anytime I raise the issue with them, I am talked down and treated as if it was in order for them to disclose confidential facility.

This has left my once-healthy business in disarray, and it appears that Bibby Financial Services is not concerned about their conduct.

Worked with Bibby for several years now and they have been supportive and reactive when called upon. Understanding the unique needs of our cashflow gives us great confidence that they are the right business to partner for our funding needs.

The team we have worked with at Bibby have been excellent in meeting Red & Blue Mechanical Ltd's needs at all stages of the process. Mike Stevens and Sion Street worked tirelessly to get our required facility approved in a timely manner, and Claire Bott took care of the on-boarding with similar diligence. Communication and delivery have been outstanding from all involved and I would not hesitate to recommend Bibby Financial Services to any prospective customer.

We joined Bibby in April after three failed contracts with specialist recruitment finance providers, all of which almost cost us the business. Since joining Bibby, our company has gone from strength to strength. We have had no surprises in funding, no complaints from contractors, and nothing but support from Bibby.

The onboarding process with Chris and Liam was thorough and smooth. Since settling into the new systems, our account manager Caitlin has been amazing. She is attentive to our needs, understanding when we require assistance, and goes above and beyond to ensure our business can operate efficiently week in and week out.

We have been using Bibby as our invoice factors for more than 7 years and they have enabled the business to grow very quickly particularly in the last year. Contact with staff at Bibby is swift and they have an efficient website for most transactions with a good team to support if necessary. We use the system on a daily basis and have a good relationship with our relationship manager who understands our requirements and discusses them with us. We are very pleased with our relationship with Bibby.

Spent almost 19 years with Bibby bar one year we went only to realise sharpishly that was a mistake given the service with whom we went to… currently with the Manchester team and have to say the customer service is superb .. Charlotte and particularly Krishan have been fantastic with us and there is no waiting around for replies and all our needs are quickly dealt with without a massive burden of hours spent daily on needless paperwork when a busy business has enough in the day to deal with

From the initial phone conversation right through to the final process both Liam and Mollie were attentive and proactive in ensuring the process ran smoothly. Excellent work.

Our facility has been live for a year now and the support provided from onboarding through to current day has been fantastic. The relationship team in Salford are always on hand to ensure the facility operates smoothly. Ellen Hearn and Matt Higginson have shown great interest in our business and in getting to know our finance team - professional, good communication and a sound understanding of the nuances of our business which helps no end with the day to day management of the facility.

Bibby financials is very bad in their service, I have written email to Agnieszka who is working as customer advisor, she never respond to our email and they just deducted the funds from the trust account for doing nothing and this has been written many times to clarify but least bother. Such worst company I have never seen in my carrier.

All contacts within Bibby that we dealt with from take-on to termination were knowledgeable & helpful.

We have personalized service from Bibby. Amanda Mathers is great and quick in her replies. Not to mention that she goes the extra mile to solve any issue that might come in the way. We're really glad we work with Bibby.
