Excellent bicycle 10 speed linear shift simple , from walk speed to 35 mph 1 hand 1 control. simple .
Excellent Cable disc brakes easy adjustments and calibration feel. aggressive road tires ,hard rubber for long wear. With a great selection of optional accessories including , saddle , handle bars , pedals etc. Kryptonite locking chain easy to carry , use.

This was too easy. A great way to find your ride. This bike order was my second order for a bike. My first order had a strange glitch (nothing to do with bike exchange) and they helped me sort through it. Kudos to them.

Super easy purchase; received email confirmation and confirmation from seller almost immediately. Found a bike to fit my needs so much easier than digging through all the individual local websites.

Misrepresentation on web site. Advertised a trek Donane+ AXS for $4000. Paid for and they say d it was a mistake. Did nothing to rectify it.
Dishonest never trust them!

My dad was looking for a good one-speed bike for tooling around, so I found him one on the Bike Exchange. Placing the order (on my card, but delivered to his address) was easy, the price was great, and the vendor responsive. Sadly, my dad changed his mind the next day. The upshot, great customer service all around, as they were able to cancel the order. Hopefully next time, I will actually PURCHASE something.

As I was trying to make my purchase, it would not go through with 2 different credit cards which both have a zero balance. I tried several times on both cards and then shut down your app and then shut down my phone with still no success.
Usually when you choose your state in a payment app, there is a drop down with the states listed and you choose one or the app will make your mistakes red and go back to the mistake.

Apparently the app did not like that I put in wa (no drop down) but wanted Washington. Not sure how I figured it out but I did.
It would be helpful to have the drop down with state options or obvious problems before going on to the payment.
Plus, you’re not open on weekends (or holidays with sales) so I couldn’t contact anyone by email or phone.
Other than that, fine!

Very pleased! They confirmed my order through email, shipping was a few days, bike came in nicely wrapped for protection and easy to put together. Will order from them again next time.

Wouldn’t recommend. Slow shipping with no communication. Better experiences at other retails.

Communication was perfect, speedy reply. They answered my questions perfectly. Concerned about a price of something. They handled it with precision. I would absolutely buy a bike from them if the opportunity arises

Box came severely damaged, rear tire is not holding air and the screw snapped off. Not happy with this purchase.

Follow up to my previous situation. While I never did receive my new bike, Griffin at the Bike Exchange worked to make things right. Recognizing that most of the issue was the poor communication on the shipper’s (FedEx) part, he nonetheless offered several possible solutions including offering full refund of the purchase. While I missed out on key events this summer on my new bike, the apology was sincere and the solution was fair.

Located this bike for 50% off compared to several other online retailers. It was received quickly with no damage, and assembly was quick. Saved me several hundred dollars. Would definitely consider using BikeExchange again. It would be great if they offered free shipping.
