Bought a bike and raised a query about the bike and its components

No response to my query which resulted in me purchasing the items separately at a cost of £100

Requested a day for delivery and even though this was over a weeks notice the company has failed to delivery resulting in a wasted day off

This is despite emailing prior to the delivery date and confirming the date to avoid any delays or problems

When your spending nearly 4K on a bike I’d like to expect better service

Has put me off using this company again

Thanks, Thanks, Thanks, I cannot Thankyou enough for the service the Crediton branch provided at 8.30Am, I was on JOGLE & needed urgent repairs to carry on, the staff didn’t shrug, look p’d off or tell me 2 hours later, just rectified the issues, chatted whilst working & sent me on my way and at a very reasonable cost of which I would of happily paid a premium, it was an absolute pleasure to come across professionals in their field who recognise that sometimes we have to go above & beyond. Anyone doing LEJOG or JOGLE please try & support this company in any way you can even if it’s just an impulse purchase. Thanks from Lee in Bury

I bought a TERN D9 which arrived safe and well.

I needed to put wider tires on but the information given by The Bike Shed but when I ordered the tyres they weren’t the correct size.

I have engaged with Simon and Seth but still no further forward.

I am now looking at buying in France where 451 tyres in a wider size may be available.

I will keep you informed

My son is happy with his new helmet, and delivery was fast.

Easy instructions to follow. Quick and efficient service.

Fabulous service from Andy at the Bike Shed, Fore St, Exeter today. Bike chain broke while out this morning. Andy not only replaced the chain, but also shaved off brake pads that he noticed were sticking, as well as resolving a gear issue that I've had for some time. He really couldn't have been more helpful, thank you. 😀

Initial order was missing an item, however one email and the missing item was dispatched and received within a couple of days

The ordering process was simple and the cycle computer I ordered arrived the next day. Unfortunately it wouldn't power on (possibly a battery issue) - Bike Shed sent me out a replacement before I'd even returned the old one. Very happy with the service.

Responsive helpful support. But delivery was a bit overlong considering you pay £5 for the pleasure. But Maybe that's just the post office

Great service, and rapid delivery.

Great quick service when ordering a new bike. The bike came with a small bit missing, quick message and the part was there the next day.
They kept me well aware of what was happening throughout the purchase. I'd happily buy from them again.

Great price and quick delivery. When my helmet arrived it had a size medium in a large box. One email later they had sent out the correct size and included a labelled bag to return the incorrect one. Fantastic service.
