Black Country Metal Works Reviews

I have no words to explain how amazing the furniture from this company is! The furniture looks exactly like it does in the pictures. The finishing is more than excellent, and the metal is of great quality with a beautiful, weatherproof finish. The furniture is waterproof and very easy to assemble.

I ordered the “Moreville” 8-Seater Outdoor Dining Set – Antique Champagne, and it is absolutely amazing. The cushions were dispatched on the same day and delivered within just two days—wow, that was incredibly quick!

The customer service is also excellent. The team is very helpful and understanding. They always listen to my queries and provide satisfactory answers.

Overall, I absolutely love and adore Black Country Furniture. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for beautiful, high-quality outdoor furniture!

Antique Cast Iron Coat Hook: Hand Forged 'Made In Wales' Double Hook....

I've bought a couple of items from here before, this time I purchased a fantastic gift for my Welsh mates new garden room, made well, arrived on time. Can't fault the standard of workmanship. 5/5.
Big shout out to Rhiannon, for her hard work on the Etsy store.

I ordered a post box and it arrived the next day, even though I am in the South of England. Very happy with the look of the product exactly what I was expecting. Finishes off the front of the house. The quality is robust and was good value for money. Importantly, it came with everything to fix to the wall. Personally I felt the fixings were a bit flimsy so purchased more robust screws - a personal choice. The post box is big enough for small parcels which is great. However, technically someone could put their hand in it and take the post. For some people that might be an issue.

I ordered a fire tongs set and they are beautiful -really lovely pieces. quick service. arrived safely. looks fantastic. Used it the other day and does exactly the job I wanted it for.

Fabulous item, bought as a gift for my wannabe a DJ sons birthday, he loves it. Arrived very quickly and was well packaged. Thank you to Rhiannon in customer services and the brilliant makers for such a unique item.

The item is beautifully crafted and the customer service and delivery was outstanding

I have just fitted our Ironbridge inspired brackets to take a microwave, look great thank you guys.

I ordered two black log baskets and two companion sets. Unfortunately, three of the four items arrived damaged or defective — one log basket is visibly bent out of shape and not circular, another has significant bubbling/lifting to the powder coating on the base, and one of the companion sets has a chip in the black finish.

I have emailed the sales team three times, including photographs clearly showing all three issues, but I have received no response whatsoever.

It’s incredibly disappointing to receive this level of quality from a new order, but even more frustrating to be completely ignored when trying to resolve the problems.

I would not recommend based on my experience and certainly won’t be ordering from them again.

I bought a bunch of ceramic daffodils and purple daisies from Etsy. They were delivered the next day at no charge.
This seller is very clever and creative and the flowers are just like the description. I'm so very pleased with these flowers, which will be placed outside on at a grave eventually, but I'm enjoying looking at them on the dining table for the time being. I would highly recommend Ben and his lovely customer services manager, Rhiannon.

We ordered the four seater white aether garden set, we ordered white to match our pergola and lattice, we waited over a month for delivery which I can understand as we ordered in the middle of a heatwave, however after waiting for so long we have recieved an off cream set with what I can only describe as a speckled effect over the table and chairs, kind of like a mini egg look, I have gone back on the website to check the description and zoom in on the set on the website and they dont appear to have this affect and the colour looks crisp white online. The packaging it arrived in said white but its not, I have asked visitors to describe the colour and all have said the same cream almost beige colour. The quality is great however the colour is not what I ordered.
I can provide photos.

Fabulous piece of furniture. Great quality, well made and very sturdy. Beautifully finished. Product was well packaged and protected with fast delivery. Thank you to Rhiannon who provided great customer service.
I would highly recommend this company.

Seller contact excellent, order of 6 Rubber Buffers for Toilet Seats promptly despatched well packed and very good condition and value. Highly recommend +++

Such a great gift for someone who loves photography and you want something a bit different. Great quality and delivery was really quick. Highly recommend and will be returning for other ideas & gifts.

Bought 2 outdoor ornaments and a boot scraper. Extremely pleased with all items. Beautifully made and adds character to our front porch. Speedy delivery and well packaged. Would highly recommend.

I recently brought a dog bowl holder . It was so good i brought another! Quality design and affordable. The ordering and delivery was so quick and easy. I would like to thank the team for a great service which I believe was attributed by Rhiannon. I be back !

Very nice hand forged hooks. Perfect size. Bit worried about installing as didn't want to spoil - so made small hole in wood post with a bradawl and then hammered in with a rubber meat hammer. Think if you used metal hammer you would damage them. I chose colour "pewter" and are definitely "pewter" - extremely pleased. Would definitely go back to this shop.

I ordered 2 items (a dragon and a bird made from cutlery). Both items were delivered really quickly and are excellent quality. The customer service I received from Rhiannon was second to none as well as. A problem with my order was resolved very quickly. I am very pleased and highly recommend this company.

Ordered some planter signs that were on my sisters birthday list. I expect just average quality but they are proper solid heavy iron , outstanding quality and craftsmanship tbh. Slight issue with damaged packaging and I believe this is how 3 of the spikes were lost in transit…emailed them to explain, no issue and 3 replacement spikes are on the way to me. I’m so impressed with the quality and craftsmanship I’m looking at ordering a few bits for cemetery and if I can find anything for my balcony…I will order myself something.I would certainly recommend them…very impressed.
