Very disappointing experience, especially for a sympathy order. I ordered a plant online to be delivered the next day. Before placing the order, I tried five different times to speak with a live customer service agent. Each time, I was told to wait because a live agent would be with me shortly, only to be sent back to the AI bot. I never once got through to a real person. I eventually gave up and placed the order online. The next day, I received a message saying there was a delay and that it would be delivered the following day. Two days later, I checked the tracking and discovered that the order had not even been processed. I contacted them through the chat again, and only then was I told that the order was being processed. I subsequently received another message saying there was a delay again and that it would be delivered the next day.

At this point, I have still been unable to speak with a live representative. I finally requested a refund through the chat and was told it would take 2–4 days to process.

The complete lack of accessible customer service is extremely frustrating. When you're ordering a sympathy gift, timing matters. Being repeatedly directed to an AI bot and being unable to speak to an actual person when there is a problem makes an already difficult situation even more frustrating.

I would not recommend this company based on my experience. If there was a choice for a negative rating, it would be minus 10.

They were supposed to deliver a beautiful arrangement of flowers to my mother for her 80th birthday. I paid $100!!! They never delivered. I'm sick to my stomach and I will be charging this order back with my bank. They have some stupid bot that pretends to give a shit. But the sick thing is that these people sleep at night after stealing your money!!! DO NOT BUY FLOWERS HERE!!!!! READ EVERY REVIEW.

I was never notified of the delivery. When checking with the recipient, I learned the wrong order was delivered. After several emails and phone calls, including having to send them a picture of the wrong flowers, I was offered a 20% refund of the cost. Totally unacceptable. 100% there error. Never, never order from the company.

I ordered flowers for a birthday - they were quite expensive and I paid for the extra fee for morning delivery. By 1 PM the day they were supposed to arrive, the flowers were never delivered and no updates until I reached out and they kept giving a generic response of "we are looking into this." By 5:30 PM the flowers were still not delivered. I reached out several times to be told the same thing. I call the customer service number and can't get through to anyone. No customer service support and they do not care!! Do not recommend.

Buyer Beware! Do not buy flowers from this company and use your local flower shops instead. Bought a pricey flower arrangement for a funeral service and they did not deliver it and their AI bot just said there was a delay. No text msgs or emails were sent to me either. Asking the bot to be transferred to a live rep is an extremely bad experience as well since their phones keep cutting you off and you can’t understand them. Will be disputing this charge either way my bank.

DO NOT ORDER from this site !!!! It looks legit, but it is absolutely not!!!!! False delivery, false advertising, then they do not get back to you.....You email, call, you're on hold forever. It's a scam, do not order with them!!!!

Did not receive an alert that the flowers were delivered had to call the recipient who notified me that they didn’t know who they were from because the car did not include my name. Additionally, the picture of the flowers the recipient received were horrible in comparison to the flowers pictured on the website.

Ordered flowers online for delivery September 9th. They have still not been delivered despite being informed on the 11th that they would arrive. After reviewing online, there are several claims that this company (operating under the website bloomflower delivery.com) is fraudulent. Linked phone number: (888) 463-8535

I ordered flowers for same day delivery, received an email to say that they had a "supply" problem. They wanted me to accept a "Designer's Choice" arrangement, I declined and gave them two other options - flowers have never been delivered and they have stopped responding. Have had to dispute with my bank to try to get the £100 back. I'm in the UK - they advertise that they are in San Marcos, CA

They sent a posie and not a bouquet
I paid for chocolates and they did not deliver
I have sent multiple emails and no response and yet when ordering I got instant response to my emails they are unprofessional
They claim to be florists in white rock - absolutely not
I ordered this from another continent expecting great service - what a lie

Flowers were expensive, and the recipient received a notice from Safeway that their flowers were being delivered. I didn't pay for cheap grocery store flowers nor would I want my recipient thinking I was sending cheap grocery store flowers. I could have picked them up for 1/3 of the price if I wanted to do that. Then the note wasn't signed, so there were no names. The recipient didn't even know who they came from.

I ordered a beautiful arrangement for my mother-in-law after the sudden and unexpected passing of her son. I paid extra to have these delivered by 1p.m.
Surprise! They weren't delivered that day.
I chatted/text with customer service and argued with them about the date that my flower delivery was for.
I requested a refund.
I was emailed the following morning in regard to that email that my order would be delivered today 9/9/26.
It is now 8:41pm my time. I have tried getting in contact with ANYONE for two hours. Every time that I am first in line for the queue, it sends me back to an AI agent and then thrown back to the end of the line... this has happened THRICE (yes, I am being dramatic while I angrily type on my keyboard).
I have requested a callback..
Unfortunately, I believe that I have just been scammed out of $100 that I barely freaking had. I am fuming.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY - the arrangement you see on the website will NOT BE the one received - paid extra for a 'deluxe' size - was embarrassingly small with a $store balloon instead of the bouquet of latex balloons I ordered - the 'note' I filled out to be included was butchered and scribbled - I never received any confirmation of delivery as they said would happen - the delivery person was aggressive and rude - I also blame the local florist who did such a poor job with the arrangement - I was also charged extra 'fees' and I mistakenly gave a tip upfront - very very disappointing

Awful!!! They do not fulfill the orders. Will never use them again and I suggest you do not either.

Horrible customer service! I had flowers delivered on 8/25 and was double charged to separate amounts. I have been trying to contact customer service for 2 weeks! Every time it is an AI person. Email support is AI, chat option online is AI, telephone support is AI. I asked Frank the AI agent to transfer me to a live agent, and I still got an AI agent after waiting 15minutes. HORRIBLE COMPANY!!!!!!!

Do not use this company. Call the local florists direct. I placed an order on the 4th. I paid extra to have them arrive by 1 pm on the 5th. They didn't arrive until the 8th, when the special occasion was over. I spoke to multiple people and AI bots, and finally Renzo, who offered a $15.99 credit on future purchases. I'm out $105, and there will be no future purchases from this company. I am disputing this with the credit card company, and I encourage all others to do the same.

Flowers never delivered. AI answers phone instead of real person. No communication. No refund. So embarrassed to send someone flowers and never have them delivered. Out nearly $100.00

They only get a 1 star review because I got my money back but I had to go back and forth with them by email. I told them I was going to dispute the charge because the Peace Lily plant we ordered for a funeral was never delivered nor was the order ever received at the only flower shop in the town where the funeral was. I told them that the money they were scamming people with can’t be spent in hell! My credit card company was going to refund my money but surprisingly, blossomflowerdelivery refunded the money today! ALWAYS order directly from a local flower shop as these online companies are SCAMS!

Dead Substituted Flowers with no vase as advertised for my order. Delivered a day late although I was charged for same day delivery.
I also included a delivery tip, and they actually came vie USPS!!! The card was actually a label void of the design I had chosen.
After all that, they insulted me by offering a 10% refund! That wouldn't even cover the delivery tip!

I ordered an expedited delivery for flowers for a memorial service. Frank, the AI Bot, told me an update every time I called that the flowers were arranged and being delivered. I did actually get to talk to a real person that said the flowers would be delivered. They never came and I ended up having to stop at a local grocery store to get flowers and a vase to do an arrangement.
I asked for a refund and have been told three times that their team is looking into this problem. They will decide if the flowers will be delivered or if I can get a refund. I told the AI Bot, Nora, that only a refund will be acceptable. I still have heard nothing.
