I placed an order for flowers on a Saturday morning to be delivered Monday for a birthday. I paid to have them delivered by 1pm on Monday, however, my order was not found in the system when I checked to see if they were delivered Monday afternoon. Since my order would not pull up online, I called and got "Frank", the happy AI robot that could assist me which told me "my delivery is on its way". That was not true at all. The next day, on Tuesday, I requested to cancel the order for a full refund after chat told me that the order missed delivery and they were trying to find out the issue and gave me the option for redelivery or a full refund. I chose to go another avenue and asked for the refund. The NEXT day, on Wednesday, I get a message telling me that the order is out for delivery, so cancelling is not an option. So, not only did I spend ANOTHER $100 on a alternative gift, they refused to give me a refund for the flowers that I paid extra to have delivered by Monday at 1pm, but 2 days later after her birthday had already come and gone. I called to speak with a manager and Gaylene with customer support told me that they will just tell me the same thing and would not transfer me. I told her that this level of service is completely unacceptable to which she ended up hanging up on me and never transferred me. I cannot believe I was swindled by this company and I will NEVER order flowers from a company like this again. RUN AWAY. RUN VERY FAR AWAY.

These people claim to have same day delivery. Then after you pay they tell it will be three days. Then they randomly say they are going to charge you extra because the stock wasn’t in and they had to order more??? Absolutely terrible and unprofessional. If I could give them a zero stars I would .

Total Scam. Said my card didn't go through and charged me twice. Tried to call and it cuts you off. No response to email, chat or live/ai person.

Easy to order online and great selection

It was a great experience from start to finish! Easy to order on website. Delivery was to a hospital, and I had the incorrect room number but miraculously they were delivered to the correct room. My friend loved the beautiful flowers and they were delivered ahead of schedule. I will be ordering from Blossom Flower Delivery in the future. Thank you for the excellent service!

Ordered a bouquet and received a bunch of dead flowers that didn’t even resemble the one I ordered. Was told I would hear from them regarding a refund(total charged $119+) no communication at all. Won’t answer phone or reply to e-mail.
I am more than pissed!

I scheduled a delivery for my mother n law who was admitted into the hospital - Paid for same day delivery.
Several hours later I get a notification that due to not having enough flowers, they cannot deliver it today that it will be tomorrow but not sure what time.
I called customer service because I dont know if my mother n law is being released tomorrow - customer service was rude to me.

Ordered 2 days in advance. Flower delivery never happened. I got an email the day after saying they had issues due to COVID19!?!? Seriously, you can't update your error messages for 6 years!? 3 day later I get a call from "Northside hospital" offering a redelivery tomorrow and a $5 discount. Absolutely unbelievable.

This company provided horrible customer service. I paid for my daughter's balloons to be delivered by 12:00 PM. When I checked the order, not only were they not delivered, but they also did not contact me to inform me of any delay. They gave me the complete runaround about finding a replacement provider so that I would not cancel my order. When I attempted to cancel my order online, as they stated I should, I could not do so because I never received confirmation. I had to call their toll-free number. However, I had to call their toll-free number three times before I reached a live person.

Absolutely terrible customer service and follow-through. Ordered at 9:30am on a Thursday, for guaranteed next-day delivery by 1:00 Friday. Order was confirmed and immediately charged to my credit card. Was assured I would be receiving updates i.e. flowers being arranged, out for delivery, delivered. I began calling at 12:30 and there was NO sign of my order number. After 4-5 calls, I was ASSURED it would be at the funeral home by 5:00 that day. Too late for the gathering of family and friends. Have heard NOTHING back. Arrangement was $100.00 PLUS almost $50.00 in extra fees including extra for extradited delivery. So.....$150.00 for an arrangement which has not been delivered to our family member. Totally unacceptable. Call center was no help. AI fake person was a joke. NEVER EVER EVER use this unprofessional online company again. EVER.

I ordered a birthday bouquet for a friend's birthday to be delivered on her birthday. At the end of the day, no delivery so I contacted customer service and was told I could not cancel or receive a refund but they would compensate me $5, which is absurd. The next day no delivery but was told it would be delivered the following day but I still couldn't cancel or get a refund. Still no delivery. This business is a scam.

I tried to order flowers for a funeral and the website said there was an error and it couldn't go through. Tried a few more times and gave up. No confirmation email, no order number, just an error message. They charged my card all 3 times and because they delivered one, without my knowledge or consent, they refused to reimburse me. Their website said my order never went through and now I have to pay for their issue. They will not help you and only read from a script. NEVER ORDER FROM THEM!!!!!!

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY! I order flowers for my daughter to be delivered. They send an email the next day stating they could not be delivered on time. I requested by phone and email to cancel the order (because I had already flew in to be with my daughter) and refund me. They agreed. NEVER RECEIVED REFUND. I have over 20 emails and made several calls all to keep getting the run around. It is August 20 and still no refund! I have submitted a formal complaint to the BBB. This is horrible customer service. WILL NEVER ORDER FROM THEM AGAIN.

They are completely reliant on Ai for customer service, which makes communication poor and somewhat insulting (the AI asked me to send pictures of a funeral to establish that the flowers I ordered came in a broken vase). The delivery was many days late, and my family didn’t accept delivery because the box was damaged and the vase broken. And it’s been a nightmare trying to get a refund through the AI jungle.

I made the order on line, all was good. Next day received a call and email that there was problem with their supplies that ok will be delivered the next day. Then next day a call asking for an additional 80 dollars but will compensate me and only ask for an additional 40 dollars to complete order. Called and canceled but they kept trying to get my 40 dollars. Will never go with this company again

I purchased flowers for a funeral, a big white display in a basket with a couple small plants so they could take them home and plant. Paid the extra to get the bigger size. They were delivered on time but when I saw them I was so disappointed. It was a small , couple plants . No flowers and not in a basket. What I paid $100 for I could have gotten at Kroger for $20. I called customer service and told them the wrong flowers were delivered. It’s been over a week and I still haven’t heard anything from them about it. I’ll never use a service again. The customer service sucks.

This company posed as a local company and then never delivered my flowers. DO NOT USE THEM EVER!!

Ordering from another state can be scary but the ordering wet smooth and my daughter-in-law sent me a pic of the flowers and they were nicely done! Thank you
