I ordered two dozen yellow roses. The roses were the best quality roses I have ever purchased. And I have ordered many roses over the years. Excellent service. I ordered the flowers in the morning and they delivered for me the same afternoon. Amazing. They were delivered in perfect shape. I highly recommend this company.

Very easy to order and you had a wonderful arrangement of roses to send. The flowers were delivered on time and the receipent them was thrilled with them. Thank you Blossom for an excellent job. Well done

I would have to agree with many. The flowers were fine. Just "fine". And they did not resemble the arrangement that I ordered. The recipient was happy. I was not.

I ordered the Perfectly Pink Bouquet. They told me they were out of tulips and gerbera daisies and would sub with a combo or roses, mums and carnations. What they used was mostly alstroemeria, which I specificallly asked them NOT to use, with a couple of roses and carnations. It was pathetic.... especially for $80 plus tax and delivery for $100. I could have done better myself.

Keep scrolling past Blossom Flower Delivery; there's plenty of other sites to choose from. For what I paid for this service - the delivery should not have been a day late, the message should have not have all kinds of special characters in weird places thru out the wording, in the middle of words. You only communicate thru an AI-generated email. Total waste of time and money. I wish I could go back in time and overlook this site. Overall, you will be disappointed.

I found this website by accident but was able to navigate it relatively easy. I appreciated that they checked before delivery to ensure all information was correct by phone and email. Good value. Woukd suggest that tip option be added at end so choice can be made rather than tip added and having to opt out if I wanted. Would use again.

I ordered what I thought would be a beautiful arrangement for a friend who'd gone through a medical emergency. The order was almost a week late. Then it arrived the flowers were the wrong color (I asked for pink/purple pastels, what I got was red, yellow, and white), wrong flowers, and the flowers were wilted, brown edged, and looked like someone had just crammed them into a vase. My friend's boyfriend sent photos. We were all livid. Blossom Flower delivery finally offered me a 10% refund. That was such BS. That is about $11 on my order of over $100. What a rip off. NEVER order from them. Horrible people. I hope they go out of business.

Blossom Flowers do not tell you that they are charging you in american dollars. when i found out i cancelled the order with in 5 minutes received a cancellation verification. they proceeded to charge my visa and refuse to refund my money. They said that A.I cancelled it but they didnt investigate it till 2 weeks later, so the flowers got delivered. there customer service absolutly sucks they are not honest with you. be aware when you deal with them. Do not order anything from them they are the worse flower company on the earth

I give it 1 star because zero is not an option. Please do not make the mistake I did rushing to place an order to celebrate my friend. This company is a scam, all interaction is with AI and they will not refund your order or take accountability for the subpar product. I order to deliver one day and they send flowers via UPS in a broken box, dropped off at the street not even the front door, and instead the beautiful arrangement I paid lot of money for, they sent dead flowers. Please stay far away from this people.They promise Fresh Flowers in their page- BEWARE- lies.

I canceled my order and I was promised by Blossom that the order was cancelled and I would be refunded my full $95.33. I have this proof in writing.
A day later Blossom wrote to me saying the order unfortunately was not canceled and they have delivered the flowers, so they will not refund me anything- just an apology and a $5 credit!
Blossom is dishonest, lies to their customers and does not keep their word.
Horrible experience- do not trust Blossom.

I do realize it was kind of last min. Ordering flowers for my daughter’s birthday and with her living in California and me in Texas. However the flowers were delivered in time but they didn't look like the arrangement I paid for nor were they in a basket. It did have a good size teddy bear, the flower arrangement were nice and she liked them. So keep that in mind when ordering. I would use the company again though.

I agree with all of the negative reviews. I purchase an arrangement for my brother’s funeral. The picture showed gladiolas, carnations, day lilies and green plants. I also ordered a brother banner. What I received was just a few day lilies, ferns, and no banner. I also paid for a large and received the smallest arrangement. When I contacted them to make good on this they offered me 30% for not even 1/2 of what I ordered. I wish I could include the picture of what was sent

There aren't enough negative stars for this company. DO NOT order flowers from Blossom. This company is sketchy. They will deliver flowers that are cheap and the customer service is not very smart and the worst to deal with. I paid for expedited delivery, it still was not delivered on time. When I complained, they offered me a 10% refund to "make things right." 10% Ludicrous!

Order was SO disappointing! I ordered a beautiful pale pink/white/yellow bouquet with hydrangeas and white flowers and what i got was some harsh dark pink roses and gerbera daisies along with 2 white carnations. It was also at least 1/2 the size of the photo. The only good thing was ease of ordering. NOT WORTH YOUR TIME. I reached out to the company and no response.

I would give 0 to negative stars if possible. Ordered a rush delivery same day. It was delivered TWO days later. The picture sent of the pictures were 4 almost dead roses. I ordered pink tulips with purple irises, Mylar balloons, and card. She didn’t get those. I called multiple times on the date of delivery 08/07 to find out the status. Was told they would contact florist and investigate. They told me if not received I can call back next day and request a refund. So I did. That person told me they will need to investigate. Sunday I get a text of the order finally delivered at 6:06pm. I got an email saying my order was delivered and to respond back if I had issues. Responded, no response. I emailed again, no response. Today, 08/11, I called again. Was told they need to investigate. But I would only be eligible for a partial refund since the order was eventually delivered. It didn’t matter if it wasn’t even close to being to what I ordered. I reiterated numerous times that I wasn’t a full refund. Investigate. Repeat. Repeat to the abyss I assume. This company should be shutdown and SUED!!!

Extremely disappointed – late delivery and wrong item received

To be completely honest, my experience with this service was extremely disappointing.

There were three major issues with my order:

Late Delivery: I paid specifically for a timed delivery, but the order arrived late.

Wrong Item: Instead of the flowers I actually ordered, an entirely different item was delivered.

Inferior Quality: The product that eventually arrived was of much lower quality compared to what was advertised and paid for.

Overall, the whole process was very stressful, and I am deeply unsatisfied with the service. I would not recommend ordering from here based on this experience.

Ordered flowers for a friend. She never received them. $110.00 wasted. Will never use again!Customer service was no help!

I placed my order on August 4th, and as of August 10th, my flowers still had not been delivered. On top of that, I have been constantly communicating with an AI system, which keeps asking me ridiculous questions and having completely pointless conversations with me. In the end, the flowers were never delivered, and I still haven’t received my refund. I assume I’m once again stuck dealing with an AI system that is going nowhere.

On 08/07/26, I ordered 2 two flower arrangements for my daughter who had just given birth in Oahu, HI. Im in California, tptal of $ 104.17 & $115.67. Friday morning, I informed the live customer service rep that I was very skeptical of ordering flowers from an on-line florist since I had bad experiences in the past since the flowers delivered were not what I ordered online and other times the flowers were not delivered at all. Both issues occurred order at Bloom Flower Delivery. I also mentioned that Bloom Flowers Delivery had several bad reviews and was I concerned about placing two flower arrangements orders to celebrate a baby's birth.
I repeated myself several times that I wanted to assure that the same flower arrangements on the website would be the same delivered since cost of the flower arrangements were not cheap. The customer service rep assured me that the flowers I ordered online would be the same that would be delivered. The customer rep also stated for me to call back and email pictures if the flowers delivered If they were not the same as the website.
I received a picture of the flowers that were delivered. They were not the same flour arrangement I ordered on the website. The flower arrangement delivered had half of the flowers shown on the website, NOT WORTH THE COST OF $89.99.
During the phone call, I placed another order of flower arraignments to the same person/location Calming Comfort, $69.99, 2 mylar ballons, $ 13.98, and 3 latex ballons $ 8.97, total $115.67. The first order was delivered earlier in day; however, the Calming Comfort arrangement was never delivered as promised. I called Bloom Flower Delivery several times throughout the day to request the status of the delivery. I was told that the 2nd flower arragement was on its way then I was informed that they used two different flower companies to complete the order, they were working on the order, and they had until 6pm to deliver the flowers; however, the flowers and the ballons were NEVER delivered. I called customer service again, but they were closed.
Today, i called several times to complaint about my orders and request a refund. I was transferred to customer service then the call dropped/ hung up. I called back , waited 30 minutes. Then, i heard a recording, no one was available to take the call.
The bad reviews were correct. I deeply regret giving Bloom Flowers Delivery my business. My family member had a baby, and the flowers I ordered were to welcome the baby's birth and surprise the family member. The lack of professionalism and customer service is unacceptable. Bloom Florist Delivery needs to be put out of business for scamming customers. I demand a full refund immediately

Ordered 50 dollars worth of flowers and paid 200 to have them delivered through this joke of a company. Keep in mind im in China, my fiancee is in NY. I was ordering these to be delivered on her bday so she would see that I am thinking about her on her bday. Even paid the extra 6.99 to deliver them by 11am. I get a call at 1pm saying they are on the way and they would refund the 6.99. At 7pm my daughter calls me saying the flowers were never delivered. No notice or anything that they would not be delivered. I call the company and get some moron who can barely figure their job out. All they say is sorry its not our fault, its our suppliers fault! WHAT!!! So ur company messes up and u try to just pass the blame. They take no account for their piece of crap service. I filed for my refund lets see if I even get that at this point. When u run a flower delivery service you cant drop the ball. These are special days and special circumstances where timing matters. Find another company to order from cause this company will screw you and then say o well im sry. You can shove ur sorry up ur XXX, that dont help XXXX! Plus ur obviously not sry, look at all the horrible reviews they have!
