My 4th trip with Blue Cruise and wouldn't hesitate to recommend this company. Our gulet Larin-Su was stunning, lovely crew, amazing food, fabulous scenery ... what's not to love

Once the ship left the hearbour, it became clear that there was no real “Blue Cruise” anymore. From that point on, the captain was in full control, and not the paying guests. The Blue Cruise representative only appeared once before departure and once after our return.

During our journey, the captain instructed the crew to treat the ship’s exterior with strong, foul-smelling chemicals. The odor was unbearable and, in my opinion, unhealthy. When I reported this to Blue Cruise via chat, the captain publicly confronted me in front of the entire crew, which reminded me of Captain Bligh from Mutiny on the Bounty.

Blue Cruise confirmed that the captain has sole authority on board, regardless of guest concerns.

Furthermore, the captain returned to the vicinity of Fethiye on the fifth day, and by the sixth day—one day earlier than agreed—the trip was already over.

Our cabin was also leaking during rainfall, with water dripping from the ceiling onto the bed, making it temporarily uninhabitable.

The crew did not appear to have any training in hospitality or guest service. Most of the time, they seemed occupied watching videos on their mobile phones rather than attending to guests.

Having visited this region before, I can say that the captain’s choice of anchorages and overnight locations was rather dull and uninviting. The route felt uninspired and lacked the charm.

Overall, this experience was a disappointment. The vessel itself was attractive and well-built, but in reality, it is the captain’s private ship, and the quality of your trip depends entirely on his attitude and leadership style. If the captain happens to be authoritarian, you will unlikely find good mood on board.

Of course, this review reflects only my personal experience and opinion. Other travelers may have more positive experiences, especially with more guest-oriented captains.

Brilliant. Our first 2 week cruise with Blue Cruise and it was more than we expected. The gulet was lovely, the crew great and the chef wonderful and accommodating as my wife Stephanie has a food immunisation problem. This was no worry for Blue Cruise as Dawn sat us down with the chef to discuss what she could and couldn't eat. None of the food affected her! Thank you Blue Cruise for a great experience. Roger

We recently enjoyed our 2nd family holiday aboard Lycian Queen with Blue Cruise. Once again, the trip exceeded all expectations. The gulet is extremely luxurious. The crew were excellent- nothing was too much trouble. The chef brilliant and his food superb. Captain Omer tailored the Cruise to meet the demands of our various needs and wishes such that everyone had an amazing experience. Organising our journey through Blue Cruise could not have been easier. We would heartily recommend.

Our June 2025 Cruise aboard the Prences Selin was magical. We were a family of 17 ranging in age from 11 to 80. Our captain was superb and made every effort to fulfill whatever
We asked for. The crew was amazing and again, endlessly helpful. The food was delicious and we are grateful to the chef for serving the fresh Mediterranean style food we requested.
The boat was comfortable. The younger generation slept on deck. It might have been a bit crowded if they had not.
Our captain made sure that we had excellent anchorages and beautiful unpopulated coves. We visited some wonderful archaeological sites and had dinner on shore a couple of evenings.

Yasmin at Blue Cruise did everything she could to arrange the comings and goings of such big group. Thankfully everything went off without a hitch Lauren who was our local contact did a great job and getting us on board and and at the end on our way to the airport. The transportation they provided was excellent.
All in all, it was an ideal family vacation. Everyone said it was the best trip ever.

recently did a 8 day cruise out of Bodrum. It was fantastic! The boat was beautiful, the crew was very nice and catered to all our needs. Food was over the top delicious. The Capitan was very willing to customize the route to our likes. The water was so clear and blue you always wanted to be swimming. WE would love to do it again.

Absolutely wonderful- delicious food every day, served by a lovely crew who were always on hand to help you. Topped off with beautiful weather gorgeous bays to swim in and a great group of people to share the experience with.

The gulet exceeded expectation. The skipper and crew were great and were on hand whenever needed. Chef was fantastic!! The food was regular, sufficient and of a very high standard. Each day was a different location or 2 and if you like paddle boarding or kayaking these were in the water at every stop. Would recommend to anyone thinking of going on a gulet trip!

Yasmin at Blue Cruise was very helpful throughout the booking process from choosing the gulet which was just right for our party to arranging the transport to and from the boat and advising on the quantity of drinks to pre order. Jane who met us on arrival at the gulet was also very helpful. The captain of Nirvana 2 and all the crew were wonderful, taking us to beautiful bays and harbours. The food at every meal was exceptionally good. We had a wonderful holiday and would highly recommend both Blue Cruise and Nirvana 2 and its fantastic captain and crew.

This was our second blue cruise gulet holiday, the first being nine years ago! We absolutely loved our first cruise and always intended to repeat the experience but life and COVID got in the way. I have always said (and we have travelled extensively) that our blue cruise experience was the best holiday we have ever had! As our trip to Turkey approached I was a little concerned that my expectations were too high.
I need not have been concerned!
We had the most amazing, relaxing week cruising on the Efe Burak. Everything was wonderful, our lovely spacious master cabin, the fabulous food and of course the attentive captain and crew.
During our week the weather reached extremely high temperatures and our captain always managed to find beautiful, quiet moorings where we were able to cool off in the turquoise sea!
Thanks to Ash in London for his patience and help in organising this wonderful week and for recommendations for hotels in fethiye for either end of our holiday.
Needless to say it won’t be another nine years before we repeat our gulet adventure.

Our recent holiday, a week spent on the Gulet Larin Su was one of the best holiday experiences we all enjoyed. From the moment we arrived at the port and met by Jane we felt we were in good hands. The highlights of our trip included The Larin Su herself - she is a handsome lady and is kept to a very high standard. The cabins were clean, spacious and the overall facilities were more than adequate for our needs with plenty of space to lounge and sit. Our crew were incredibly hard working, polite, helpful and always looked smart and they ran the boat without fault whilst also being able to take care of the guests. They handled the boat with confidence and calmness and the captain did allow us to go to shore a few times at our request however we soon missed the tranquility and exclusivity of the Larin Su and were soon back on board.

A great selection of food, portions and service could not be faulted. Every meal was an exciting tastebud adventure with a mixture of different salads, proteins, fruit and vegetables. The wine and beer choices were good and prices not too extortionate. They even served us cocktails which was an added bonus.

The Blue Cruise company is run with the utmost professionalism. Ash in particular was always very helpful, flexible and gave us good advice.

The other guests we shared the cruise with were all so lovely, some had sailed with Blue Cruise several times before which is an excellent endorsement. We are already talking about next year and how we would like to do it all again!

We have just completed a 7 day Cruise from Fethye aboard Baba Veli 7.
What an amazing experience!!!
The Yacht was very comfortable and spacious and met all our expectations.
We had multiple areas for entertaining and dining and our cabins were very comfortable.
We cruised South to Kekova Island, visiting Kas, Kalkan and Gemeler Island and our Captain Yusef, secured spectacular anchorages each evening.
Our chef Fatma, produced a variety of meals and each day we had different menu.
The food was fresh and very tasty and included BBQ’s of Sea Bass and Bream along with a fantastic chicken meal.
Our ever present Yuksel, catered to all our liquid refreshment needs while being a hive of activity helping Yusef with all the boat handling.
If you are looking for a week of total relaxation, surrounded by warm turquoise waters you must try this cruise.

Wow - what can I say? This was our first BlueCruise Turkish Gulet adventure and probably our best holiday to date. The boat was better than expected and the food produced by our Chef Riza was simply outstanding. The crew both ashore and on the boat could not have done better, they constantly work hard to ensure that every thing is just right. We were so impressed we will be looking to book again next year.

Blue Cruise from start to finish I cannot fault. The gulet cruise was so good we will definitely book again for next year. The crew could not do enough to make our holiday possibly the best holiday todate. Highly recommend.

The best and most relaxing holiday ever with Blue Cruise on Baba Veli 7. The crew were so attentive, nothing was too much trouble. They just want you to have a great time and enjoy your holiday. The food was amazing. If you've never experienced a holiday on a Gulet book it now you will be so glad you did.

We had an amazing week. This was our 4th Gulet cruise and the best. The crew couldn’t do enough for us, the food was incredible and the ship roomy and spotless. Would love to go again next year.

We had a fabulous week aboard Prenses Funda in Turkey last summer! The boat, crew and food were amazing and of course the scenery was spectacular! Huge thank you to Blue Cruise for all your help in organising our trip and to Captain Necati and his wonderful crew for such a brilliant and memorable holiday.

The service was unbelievable the staff & crew were so Friendly & experienced.

Every thing that was promised happened - transfers (very punctual) - lovely food 3 times a day and something we didn't expect - afternoon tea!! with freshly made cake! our cook was amazing what he managed to produce each day from his galley was incredible - including fresh bread made on board!

The whole crew - including Captain Omar were just great - nothing was too much touble. They helped us at every turn - getting us ashore by rib when we saw something that interested us on nearby islands - helping us into the sea to try out the various 'toys' they had on board - even water skiing!

Oh and our cabins were spacious and brill

Blue Cruise were great leading up to our wonderful experience - they organised flights and a wonderful hotel for pre and post our gulet experience.

All in all we got more than we expected.

We chartered the Lycian Queen for a week at the end of September 2023 - and had an absolutely amazing holiday, cruising between Gocek, Dalian and Fethiye. Blue Cruise were very responsive to our numerous queries and requests before the trip started and had set up the gulet with everything we asked for before we boarded. We were given a great welcome and briefing by Dawn. Captain Omar, and chef Ali were great: very pleasant to deal with, and again so accommodating; and the crew were delightful. The food was so good, that we ended up cancelling restaurant bookings because we all preferred to eat Ali's food...... We enjoyed all our stops - so a really well thought out itinerary; the boat is so well equipped with toys that we were never short of entertainment; and the cabins all very comfortable and beautifully kept.
