I've been helped by Barry N. in year 2000 so I searched for him -- although it took a while I was very happy to have found him! Barry (like all of his staff) are very professional, very easy to talk too, always available to answer questions, knowledgeable and most specially very tactful (qualities needed by clients who are in the same sensitive situation like myself).

Before I took a program from BNA to repay my debt, I was a bit hopeless having to pay a lot more than what I would earn.

I really trust their experience and knowledge, and the customer service is superb! Be prepared with all the questions you can, prepare for your appointment as they instruct and don't be afraid to call for assistance. They will help you discover what financial option is best for you. HOWEVER, a friend of mine found bankruptcy monthly fees substantially less at another trustee than BNA and Associates. So....I am quite disappointed in that. Make sure you clarify with them what are government mandated fees and what fees they charge at their own discretion.

I have been dealt with respect from the day that I first spoke with BNA. They are professionals, and always come across as such. I would suggest dealing with them to anyone considering bankruptcy.

They help you to be keep on track while you saving with it. Very nice staff. Any time you need a help they just a call away. Not like other companies that you have to wait or trying to get a hold of them. I trust them and I'll tell anyone to go with them for any of your debt related problems .
