Thank you for your message. I’m genuinely sorry this has caused you frustration.

I want to assure you we’re a legitimate business and we are not a scam.

We operate two different divisions — one for trade customers, and one for consumer (retail) customers. The person who normally handles all the incoming phone calls in your department has been off unwell, so other teams have been stepping in to help, which has unfortunately slowed down our response times and caused some confusion.

I can confirm, we’ve actually spoken three times this week to explain what’s going on, and I can confirm your order is out for delivery and will be with you today. You should have received updates from DPD regarding this. You placed the order on the 1st, and everything has been processed within the delivery terms published on our website.

If you like, I can send you the tracking number now so you can see exactly where your package is if you have not had the DPD notification

I’m sorry for how frustrating this has been. Thank you for your patience, and I’m here to make this right.

I’m sorry the communication wasn’t better. Six days from order to delivery is still within the delivery terms listed on our shipping page, although we normally move faster. Because we’ve recently had a turnaround in staff, things slipped a little — that’s not an excuse, just context.

DPD automatically sends out status updates and tracking notifications, but clearly something went wrong with how those got communicated in your case. I apologise you didn’t receive them in a timely manner.

I want to reassure you that in future, if you ever need a status update, you’re very welcome to call us directly on 01202 859059. If you notify us of any delivery concern through that number, we will always prioritise your order and get back to you straight away.

I'm really sorry to hear about your experience. I completely understand how frustrating this situation must be, especially when you've been left waiting with little to no communication. Please accept our sincerest apologies for the inconvenience caused.

I’ve had a look into this for you and I can see that there is an order under your name from Monday that has been dispatched with DPD. However, to get more information I have requested further information from you to confirm (including email address and order number) and I’ll be sure to update you as soon as I receive a response.

While we do our best to ensure smooth and timely deliveries, it appears this issue lies with the courier as it did leave us Wednesday, and I’m really sorry that it’s impacted your experience with us. That said, we take full responsibility for resolving this for you and won’t leave you chasing answers on your own.

I’m really sorry to hear about your frustration and I completely understand why you’d be concerned if you haven’t seen any delivery updates. I’ve looked into this for you, and I can confirm that DPD sent the tracking information directly to your email address on the 13th of August. It may be worth checking your junk or spam folder in case it was filtered there.

I’ve also searched our system and can’t find any emails from you, which is unusual, as we always respond to customer enquiries. This definitely isn’t how we normally work, and I want to reassure you that this is absolutely not a scam.

We value your trust, and I’ll make sure you get the information you need. If you’d like, I can call DPD for an update now and see what has happened.

Thank you for reaching out, and I’m so sorry to hear that our Foaming Bath Wash didn’t meet your expectations—especially for a Mother’s Day gift. That’s definitely not the experience we want for any of our customers.

Our formulas are designed to create a rich lather while nourishing the skin, so it sounds like something may have gone wrong here. We’d love to make it right and also gather a bit more information so we can look into this further.

I just wanted to clarify that our bath bombs are priced at £3.99 each, and each one weighs a minimum of 180g, which is a similar size to many of LUSH’s bath bombs—but at a more accessible price point. We're not sure how the £6–£8 figure came up as we don't have any Bath Bombs at this price, but we’d be happy to double-check your order details if you’d like to send us the order number.

That said, we completely understand that everyone has different preferences, and we’re genuinely sorry to hear that we didn’t hit the mark for you this time.
