Received another exciting parcel today! :)

The delivery was fast and convenient, everything is wrapped up so neatly and in cute paper. Lots of recyclable materials to keep the products safe in transport.

The products themselves are high quality and smell beautiful. I wish it was possible to explain a smell! But it’s so great and satisfying.

I don’t use any other soaps now! each soap is unique and feels amazing on my skin. They last a lot longer than my average high street soaps.

I ordered the wax melts for the first time today and they smell so wonderful and strong and last for a long time. Transports me to another place during lockdown!

Could not recommend this company more and I will continue to support it hopefully long into the future!

This Review is more about the Customer Service than anything, I have emailed with questions several times now and not had a reply to a single one... quick to take your money but sadly not too bothered about responding to customers which to me is is a big part of what makes a company.

I left a review a few weeks ago regarding a candle I received saying as lovely as it was, it wasn’t the candle I originally ordered. Customer Service at Bomb Cosmetics read my review and asked me to contact them to resolve the matter. As I’d already given the incorrect candle to my friend as part of her birthday present (because that’s what it was intended for and I didn’t have time to send it back but she loved it anyway), as a gesture of goodwill, Customer Service kindly sent me the correct candle. The candle I originally ordered smells delicious and looks just like the photo on the website. I just want to say, thank you so much for the lovely candle, it arrived the very next day well packaged and you have one very happy customer!!

My favourite candle of all time is the Bomb Cosmetic's - Sex on Fire. I had 1 left that I was gifted a few years ago and I kept using it very sparingly as it burnt beautifully and filled my home with a gorgeous scent in minutes! I had looked online everywhere for more fo this candle and assumed they had stopped making it. I contacted them on Instagram and got a reply a few days later saying they had found some stock and were adding it online for me to buy! I couldn't believe how wonderful their service was and how kind they are.

I bought all of the stock as I knew I couldn't go without it. Thank you again and me and my family/ friends will definitely be purchasing from you again! :)

I always purchase bomb cosmetics bath bombs as my children LOVE them. Purchased them a bath bomb gift set at Xmas. They used one last week to find a sharp piece of plastic inside. Sent 2 emails to bomb cosmetics highlighting this dangerous issue to them with images and no reply. Poor customer service. Will be taking my custom elsewhere. Totally put off by this dreadful after service!

Bomb cosmetics have listings on Amazon which are marked as vegan but contain carmine and honey. Do not trust.

Bought a Pina Colada candle. Very pretty, but it doesn't have a scent. Shame.

Have ordered a few times from this company, initially when Lush were closed, and have never been disappointed. Great products, good prices and quick delivery. Bye bye Lush, Hello Bomb Cosmetics.

Bought bath bombs at Christmas. Arrived packaged well and smell amazing! A credit to you!

Was looking at bomb cosmetics products for a while and finally decided to make an order and try them out. One of the candles I had ordered did come in a shattered jar however the company sorted this straight away for me and sent me a new one which i didn’t have to wait long for. So overall I am so happy with their products and even happier with their customer service. Will buy again, I also think it’s lovely for gifting.

I really really like this company and never had problem with them. All bath bombs smell amazing, soaps are good quality and the pattern is so cool. Bath melts are different story...they are so different and leave your skin so soft. I was sceptical about them but now I love them. Have a few candles and I do not know even if I want to use. They are still on my shelf...so quite.

Made my first order recently, 9 bath bombs & 3 bath mallows. All arrived well packaged, none were broken. Also received a tester which was lovely of them. All smell fantastic, bombs are much bigger than expected so great value for money. Definitely recommend!

I ordered a few of the hessian gift bags for friends and also received one as a gift. Yes they are cheaper than lush but a lot of the bath bombs were broken. I’ve also tried two of them and they don’t smell of anything!! I’d rather spend extra on lush as their products always leave my skin smelling lovely and hydrated.

Was absolutely gutted my partner treated me to a gift box and the products were not as advertised and broken i felt really bad as he wanted to treat me because he knows I love pampering my self. Plus the soap as caused raised bumpy skin all over my stomach and feels like nettle stings, will stick with lush cosmetics

Items did arrive but would not order from here again. There were delays in delivery-I received text to say it would be arriving but then another saying no it won’t be. This happened again on next day. Unclear if it was delivery service fault or delay from bomb cosmetics.

The bath bombs themselves were not really good quality at all and do not look very aesthetically pleasing even as a gift for a 9 yr old. They do look better on the website than reality. They didn’t travel well and are bit crushed eg. The ears are broken on the unicorn and tail on the llama. I think squashed to the extent it’s unclear the unicorn is a unicorn.
Bomb cosmetics did try with the packaging- foam bits- but they could have done with individual wrapping in bubble wrap.

Good value products, and they smell great! Well packaged, and the delivery was really quick!

Ordered a gift set for my grandaughter..only to discover the bubble bath was open and had leaked over everything..the gift box was completely saturated as was the other products.so I am left with a quarter bottle of bubble bath.one bar of soap which is no use.and 2 mouldy bath bombs not what I expected for the £20 I paid for it..really unimpressed .complete waste of my money..

It's my first time ordering from Bomb Cosmetics and I have just received my delivery today, which arrived within 3 days of placing my order. When I opened the packaging and I saw the size of the bath bombs inside, I thought to myself WOW!! I was surprised at how big they are. I'm so happy with my order and with the packaging. I ordered 9 bathbombs and 3 soaps for my daughters and I can't wait to see their faces when they open them. They smell lovely too. I'm a very happy customer 🙂

Absolutely love Bomb Cosmetics soap. They have a great selection of ‘flavours’ and make great presents. They are really nice on my skin.

We also ordered some of the melts which are sooo nice to enjoy on cold dark nights with candles.

We ordered a lot online and they came within a week. We also got a free bar of soap which was a lovely touch. We will be ordering again soon.

Very pleased with my order, one item was out of stock but they contacted me quickly and replaced the item with another of my choice and dispatched quickly with dpd. The candles smell amazing, will order from once again :)
