My order had to be sent multiple times before it reached me, resulting in a delay of about three weeks. Although the customer service was prompt and friendly, and free samples were included in the parcel which finally reached me, it was still missing an item from my order.

It's not worth going through the hassle of chasing up and I'm sure the circumstances around the pandemic have made business difficult, but my experience has not encouraged me to buy from this company again.

Bought a few bits for my birthday as it was cheaper than lush, so surprised and happy with my gifts well packaged and smelt amazing! Will definitely buy again recommend to anyone who likes lush products 😊

Delivery was super quick even during covid and got a free soap bar and massive pot of hand cream, what a brilliant and affordable business 😍

I waited a long time for my bomb cosmetics to arrive, when I received it two items were missing which I paid for and also my wax burned arrived and it was completely different to the one I ordered. I was so disappointed with my order.

The first time I ordered off bomb cosmetics I was very disappointed because my items was left out in the rain after a long delivery and bomb cosmetics just kept saying it was the delivery companies fault. However this was about 2 years ago since then I have not got a fault with bomb cosmetics. I've ordered several more order since then and each one has come within a week, all items have been there and the bath blasters with my sensitive skin a perfect. What's better is it or smell amazing and a very good price. I will continue to put orders in and receive more items from them

I’ve received my parcel after a long wait and have the contents are missing, I ordered 10 items I received 2 I am worried now because reviews on here say there lack of communication is shocking let’s see how they deal with my email, I even had the order form sent with me with a huge box and 2 small items . I am rather annoyed

Turned up on time, nicely packaged in pink paper bags with a gift of piano bar soap. Very kind, clearly value us as a customer.

Very poor. Ordered monday and took 6 days to arrive. I under stand the current situation but I thought ordering my products 5 days before my sisters birthday it would still arrive in time. I had to order similar products from else where which arrived next day and I gave them to my sister. Won't be using them again. Maybe it's a one off but still poor.

Cannot fault this brand - everything I have ordered has been true to the pictures on the website. Smells amazing, cruelty free, very reasonably priced. Like Lush but in my opinion more fun and a lot better value for money. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend.

Order arrived literally the next day and what a lovely thing to get during lockdown. Beautiful products and absolutely gorgeous free soap! Cannot fault them and will use again very soon. Has even made me buy a soap dish and stop buying horrible plastic bottled hand soap so helped the environment along the way!

I used Bomb Cosmetics as Lush was shut due to COVID-19. I've got to say, I was expecting big things, everything looked very glitzy and glam. However, I don't think I'll convert from being a Lushie any time soon.
I bought 12 'bath blasters' and what made me sad was that they don't create any bath art, and they just fall to the bottom of the bath and fizz, not dart around the bath. Some of them smell very nice (Diamonds are Forever), but some you can't smell a thing. My main bug bear is how greasy they make you, I like a little bit of conditioning but I didn't like feeling greasy. They just need to tone down the body butter in them slightly.
On the positive, as I said some of them smell nice and I liked the nice touch of the free piano soap, also delivery time was good. Sadly wouldn't use them again but I will make use of the rest of the ones I've bought.

I recently brought some Bomb products from a shop in Brighton Marina. My friend was so happy with her bath bomb gift and they looked such a lovely present too. I thought I would try the wax melts, as I have used other ones for years. They are so wonderful you only have to have one running, to fill the room with a beautiful smell. I am not keen on sweet smells but I love the Blue Daisy. I have also this time tried the hair shampoo bars and thought I would give a couple a try. Also I have used hair shampoo bars from a leading company, which are a lot more expensive so I’m really excited to try them. I will be shopping again and trying new products, as I think it’s a great company. I ordered on Monday, received a text Friday to say it was coming on Saturday. Excellent customer service a very happy customer 😊

What a fantastic shopping experience. My daughter wanted to spend her pocket money during lockdown and we got 10% off! Packaged well and delivered within 2 days! Fantastic service! Products smell beautiful can’t wait to use them!

I had received bomb bath bombs as a Christmas present previously and wanted to treat myself to some more. Placed an order and took a week to come, considering the current climate i think that a week was very good. The products are amazing and they even put 2 extra bars of soap in for free! (as we know it has been hard to get hold of some soap recently) Its the little things that make a huge difference right now and i will be using Bomb again in the future.

Products arrived in an acceptable amount of time. Extremely well packaged and exactly as described. Email and text information every step of the way.
I will buy again without hesitation and would recommend to family and friends

Still waiting for my products to arrive or at least have an order confirmation. Ordered on the 31st Dec. Checked spam no email. PayPal payment taken straight away and don't even mind if delay but no order confirmation???? Pls contact me

Update, delivery came today and very happy but pls sort out your lack of communication. No excuse in this day and age
