I ordered a handbag on behalf of my mum, first user of this website and was very disappointed because she said it was torn inside the bag and she had to sew it up. Won't be ordering again would like a refund. Very unhappy.

Delivered a product completely different to the one advertised as well as having very poor customer service when challenged about the issue

Not worth purchasing from. Bought what i thought was a gorgeous blue bodysuit, got a pack from Shein with a completely see through bodysuit that could probably fit a small dog. Bad quality too.

the dress was a completely different model than the one in the picture an took over a month to arrive. awful.

Did not get the item I ordered. It was the wrong color. I told them and they never got back to me.

Very disappointed.. items took weeks to arrive, had to phone and chase up. When they did arrive I had to send them back as they were nothing like the photo on website

Absolutely rubbish! I wouldn’t bother. I order a pair of sun glasses and they cancelled my order due to COVID and said I would get a refund. I have called 3 times and spoken to people who have said they would chase it. Over 2 months later and I’m still waiting!! I wouldn’t bother if I was you!

Great item, super fast delivery!

Processing the order up to dispatch point took over a week, from ordering till receiving took around 3 weeks, considering delivery was around fiver for item worth 9 quid I consider it as off putting for future shopping with them

Very good quality items. Delivery was delayed due to COVID however customer service was great on keeping me updated. Worth the wait!

The item was not as described and the colour was not as expected. I was very disappointed with the item and due to illness I was unable to return the item.

The quality of the item is very poor it is extremely flimsy the buttons are cheap and cheerful and have subsequently fallen off when I tried it on, the facings are all curled in on themself, the stitching is poor and the hem is uneven.

I paid £40.00 for this and to be honest I could have bought a pattern and fabric to make a better cape than this it is very poor.

I was shocked at the quality of the clothes. The quality is amazing for the price. There was a small delay due to the recent pandemic, but when I reached out to boohoo on Instagram they were honest about this delay . I would 100% recommend

Late delivery, and it was from SHEIN. Could have bought the same thing for a fraction of the price from SHEIN directly when I checked.

Stay away from this company! My mum has ordered a product and in attempt to return/refund as the product was not suitable they have ignored her return request and then just sent out another. Therefore potentially charging her again when she did not want another top. We have called/emailed with no luck; they have taken down the website! We will now be contacting trading standards! Stay away from this company at all costs.
