Absolutely disgusting service!!!!- I have now tried to order a backpack for my 12 year old daughter twice!!!! Both times it has been cancelled, have rang the ‘Customer Service’ number(what a joke- rang that 3x and after 42 seconds your told to leave a voicemail. I will be reporting this website to Trading Standards to investigate them. Thanks for disappointing a 12 year old girl, who is due back to school next week without the backpack she tried to order twice!!!!

Placed an order 8 days ago and it said delivery was 3-5 days, still have not received and have not had an update since it was shipped

Every single delivery I’ve had is LATE.
Clothes sizes are all over the place.
Customer service don’t seem to ever care that all my deliveries are late. Paid for UK next day delivery for a year ... yet none of my orders actually come next day.

Definitely the last time I will order with these. Customer service is shocking.

I ordered an iPad cover; however a couple of days later I had an email saying the item was out of stock and they would give me £3 goodwill to spend on their website, as well as a refund. I have been checking their site since and the iPad cover is still listed as in stock, which does not fill me with confidence in ordering from them again. I have my refund and am happy to leave the £3 unspent; I will shop from somewhere I trust from now on.

Just Received my item and the quality is so bad! Took it out of the bag and a button fell off & then noticed that the material holding a chained belt had frayed so the belt was no longer attached in certain parts!

Delivery was good and top was as I expected good quality.

Dresses showed they were in stock however a few days later we received an email to say they were out of stock so the delivery had been terminated. Also the help desk is hard to get hold of.

Not allowing a return on an item ordered, they seem to think they do not have any statutory obligations as distance sellers and can refuse a refund despite it being within 14 days of ordering

Dress I bought was a lot smaller than I expected. Quality not good and to refund is a pain. Never buy from here

Ordered on the 29th and still waiting... no reply from company

Firstly, charging £10 for standard p&p is poor, I expected my package to arrive next day the to the high cost (there was no cheaper option) but I didn't receive it until a week later. Compared to other online retailers this is really, really expensive and clearly you are making a profit off the p&p.
Secondly the clothes that arrived are actually from a cheap online clothes company called Shein. I'm not sure if Shein are trading under a different name and upping the cost or if "booboo-london" buy cheap clothes elsewhere to sell at a more expensive rate. The exact same clothes I bought from booboo-london are on Shein's website for cheaper... Sizing is on the small size and the quality isn't the best.

I wanted a sequin beret and found the perfect one with Boo-boo. It was very reasonable . I ordered it and.was delighted with it when it arrived. There was a surprise gift of sparrkly ear rings with it. Lovely. Really good service and.well packaged.Also as mentioned reasonable price. Thank you.
