Always have what I need
I always wait till the last minute to do things I know I should be on top of when it comes to ordering my class textbook. Great service
Cheaper than any other choice. They had free shipping with no minimum charge. They also allow you to choose how long you want to rent it. They also have a 21 day policy if you dont need it you can return it.

Literacy in grades 4-8 (bad condition), and Wonder Struck (did not want it)
The book seems overused; the cover is wrinkled. I know it's rentalI, but this time, I was not happy. Also, when I rented my books, the same day I asked to remove one of the books because didn't want it, but the customer service told me to wait to receive the package, then return the one I did not want. What I thought was a bad customer service.
