We apologize for the trouble you have experienced with your order. As stated in our product descriptions, supplemental materials (access codes, DVDs, workbooks) are not guaranteed for used textbooks or rentals. The reason we cannot guarantee supplements is because they are often designed for one-time use, and since the books offered are rentals it's possible a previous renter may have already used the supplement.
We are also legally obligated to list the book title on our site as it is listed with the publisher. This means that, unfortunately, we cannot remove the supplement from the title just because it is not guaranteed to come with a rented book. We realize this can cause some confusion, so this is why we have indicated on all the book description pages on our site as well as in our Service Policy that we are not able to guarantee supplemental materials.
If you elect to keep the textbook and purchase the supplement separately online or at your bookstore, it is still sometimes cheaper than purchasing the entire package brand new. If it is still within 21 days you're welcome to return the item for a full refund.

I have yet to receive the book I ordered 1 week ago. I also was never notified that 1 of the books would not be sent. I have had to order ebooks because my class has started and I am falling behind

Read the shipping details carefully before paying for express shipping & check condition of book right away.
I paid for two day express shipping to come to find out that it can't be delivered on a weekend, so that was a waste of money. The damaged book came to me with binding broken and pages falling out
