One star is one star too many. As others have said this is an absolute sham of a business and I would suggest just a fraudulent money scamming setup. My order was never received and Boulevard kept stringing me along asking for a little more time, then offered a 20% refund if I could wait a bit longer. Eventually after much mediation through Amazon they promised a refund, which, you guessed it, was never received. They stated in one communication that they are a small family business, then later that the refund would be processed by the 'Refund Team'. Absolute joke. Amazon should in no way facilitate the appalling actions of the so called company.

I ordered a simple Xbox game on Amazon via this third party seller. I didn’t get the game after a week. I contacted Amazon who contacted this company. I was told that my package would arrived if I wait a bit longer. I waited another week then did some digging oh how I wish I read the reviews here first.

Amazon have agreed to refund me and I’ve asked for the page to be reported.
If you have had a similar experience I urge you to report the page via Amazon live chat.

I’ve never checked an Amazon third party seller on Trustpilot before but maybe I should start then I wouldn’t have gone through this palaver.

A book had been on my Amazon wish list for years but was always out of stock. I was so excited to receive an email from Amazon to say it was in stock finally. I paid and waited and it never arrived. 😔

Amazon have refunded me but I’m surprised they’re allowed to trade on there having (now) read all these awful reviews.

Ordered pet food via Amazon, no communication no tracking information and ultimately no product arrived. Do not use this outlet they are very unreliable.

Have not received my book, no tracking, no contact details, also VAT has been added to my purchase?!

Do not order anything from this inept company as you will not get anything or a refund and the tracking is make believe

Like a previous poster, should have read reviews. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. Ordered a book through Amazon, 11 Feb, was to be delivered yesterday, not received, no tracking or contact details available. Update received this morning, advising delivery now 24 Feb, for a small book !!
Chatted online to Amazon twice, very helpful, now transpires item has not even been shipped. Got a refund from Amazon.

This company is absolutely useless. Why on earth are they allowed to advertise on Amazon. You never get the goods. Awful, awful, awful, awful. AVOID!!

Should have read these reviews before ordering with this company. Items ordered on amazon for uk delivery. Says shipped on 26th Jan. Still not arrived on 7th Feb. Amazon really should take heed of all of these reviews and bar Boulevard Online from their platform. Shocking service, no way to track goods.

Order has still not arrived. There is no tracking information nor any contact details for the company. They were quick to take payment, but have been silent ever since. Do not order from this company.

Trash company, scammers. Item never received, when contacted ive been told refund issued. After 3 weeks still no refund. Scammers,avoid at all costs!!!

Absolutely appalling. It is now after the last delivery date (bought on amazon) - YESTERDAY it said it had "likely been delivered today." Left review on amazon to that effect and they responded - unhelpfully - at once just to say it had been dispatched and said tracking information has been provided by email. The only email information was "dispatched on 15th Dec," That is NOT tracking information. Amazon says only the seller can provide tracking info, so.... And why is there no way to contact them directly. I am posting about them again here as I can't add a comment on the amazon site.

Null company that does not have salace on a commercial site. Inability to deliver a product that she has in stock and that has been blocked a priori in Coventry for a week, supposedly for customs reasons

Carefully avoid this merchant who does not know how to trade and provide follow-up on his shipment

Wouldn't recommend using this company. I placed an order as part of my grandsons Xmas present on amazon. I happened to check amazon that said boulevard online was using their own couriers and couldn't provide tracking details. I checked a day later and there was a message stating SHOULD OF BEEN DELIVERED YESTERDAY!. Emailed the company and didn't get any response until I escalated the problem to Amazon customer services. Was then told it had gone missing, and did I want a replacement. Then told there would be a delay as no stock, I requested a replacement. Days later I get a note saying I'm getting a refund and then a call from the seller saying no stock and ill get a full refund.

I ordered a dog coat end of Nov from amazon with this seller allegedly dispatched 5th Dec. There is no tracking info .Coat still hasn't arrived .Avoid this seller

Reading all these reviews they have to be doing this on purpose. CEO. DOMNIC PORTMAN FROM WORCESTER UK. HE IS RESPONSIBLE FOR F ING UP ALL YOUR ORDERS MONEY ETC.
