I ordered 6 party balloons and received a shoe rack

I ordered a wooden shoe rack. They sent me a packet of 6 party balloons

God alone knows why this company is allowed to show its face on Amazon. It never gives an address, so your Return has nowhere to go! In the end I went to Amazon's Customer Service and, realising the state I was in, they just refunded me and asked me to dispose of the unwanted goods. Gladly.

Ordered through Amazon Germany, goods never turned up. Only checked Amazon reviews afterwards, seems this is one of many many such cases. Cannot understand why Amazon still list this company.

One star is too much, nothing received what I ordered bij Amazon. Very bad and Amazon also, they do nothing about it.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS. Does not send Amazon item then makes excuses not to issue a refund. Numerous 1* reviews on Amazon, with everyone else saying the same thing - no item arrives, no refund. The scary thing is, Boulevard Online has over 50k products for sale on Amazon.

If I could give 0 stars I would. SCAMMERS.

I wish I had read the reviews before I purchased my item from Amazon (knitting needles). a) they did not arrive; b) when I contacted them they advised me to be ‘patient’ as they had been despatched. I had to tell them that four weeks had passed since the despatch and they were unlikely to arrive now. I’ve asked for a refund (twice) which has not arrived. Best to avoid this company.

Has others have said, this company is definitely one to avoid. I'm shocked that Amazon still allow them to trade on their website.
I ordered a spirit level , which they said had been dispatched via Whistl, but no tracking information was forth coming. Amazon said delivery due on Monday, come Friday they informed me that it may have been lost. And I had to contact seller, who did reply and said they were have difficultly with their deliveries, well they could use any one of the many delivery companies.
I claimed a refund from Amazon who agreed to refund my money under their A-Z guarantee.
Check them out on Google Reviews. What I have learnt is to check out sellers profile on Amazon before ordering anything from a merchant.

Worse than useless. The item was supposedly lost in transit (I only knew that because I was told by Amazon). Communication was non existent, and my emails remained unanswered and unacknowledged. Be very wary of having anything to do with this company. In fact it would be best to shun it entirely.

My recent dealing with this company on Amazon have left me feeling rather bitter.

They failed to deliver my order, apparently they lost it, I had to wait a further three days for confirmation of the loss and then I could have a refund.

Their communication levels are awful, I had to repeatedly message them to get a response, not that it has made any difference.

I had originally paid via Amazon voucher but was told it would take 7 days for the refund to go through. I explained that if it was a banking transaction I could appreciate the delay, but £60 of the £65.09 was paid via a voucher, so the £60 should have been refunded instantly.

They promised to look into this and nothing happened, no updates, nothing.

I have now had to escalate this through Amazon in order to get a refund, which may also take a few days to fully process. So far this has all taken 16 days and it will be 21 days by the time if fully concludes.

My special event was planned around these items and has been ruined due to their incompetence.

Don't take my word for it, have a look at their reviews on Amazon, for some reason their company used to score five star reviews but over the last year or so they have been getting mostly one star reviews.

Personally I am hoping that Dominic Portman sees this and sorts his company out and returns them to their past glory, otherwise, they are likely go down the tube eventually.
