The last 3 or 4 years I've not received my summer edition of Boundless magazine. Is this coincidental because it always coincides with my membership renewal?

Cheaper Britania Rescue
If I'm honest I only have a boundless account as i get a cheaper Britania Rescue.
I done use the other things you promote as I do things on the hop and there is not a handbook/ sheet to show me discounts except via internet.

Not using membership, you have changed wetlands membership. Haven’t used Tastecard this year so am suspending my membership.

While we understand your decision to suspend your membership it may be worth considering Kids Pass as an alternative or additional benefit, as it offers discounts on a wide range of family attractions and days out.

Increasing Subscription Costs Pricing Themselves Out
Been with CSMA and now Boundless since ~1985. Increasing subscription costs are making this increasingly unviable for the benefits provided.

Change in offer
Half way through the year you changed the entrance requirements for boundless plus which i thought was unfair. You could have honoured the offer that was made at the start of the year and what I signed up for. I need to think whether I will renew my membership for next year.

I was looking to purchase a new car
I was looking to purchase a new car, however the partner Griffin, were absolutely useless.
I've purchased cars before through Boundless using Griffin but this time they never responded to enquiries or emails.
Due to that experience I decided not renew my membership of Boundless.

Impressive savings!
So glad I got a boundless card. I have recently used my card to purchase a new car, and saved thousands using Griffin. I have also saved on insurance products and takeaway food. Definitely worth the money. Wish I’d got one years ago!

Somewhat pointless subscription
Having taken out the premium version of Boundless with subscription nudging £80 a year, most of the 'deals' and packages ironically don't seem to offer anywhere near the discounts that people on universal credit etc. receive, Never had to use the breakdown recovery or indeed any other 'discount' as living in South Dorset you are hard pushed to find anything local and even travelling to our once great capital, only one ticket per member is now available. 'Daily Discounts' wasted an hour of our lives saying our debit and credit cards were invalid when they worked fine on the website we actually wanted to visit. All seemed a bit of a sham unfortunately.
