I purchased two dumbbells from bowflex costing $840. Then they recalled them because the weights kept falling off. They only gave me $320 back for their faulty dumbbells and I can only use this money through their website. Complete scammers that do not stand by their products. Stay away

This was a recall. Although it has taken awhile I am hoping that I get my dumbells soon so I can start working out again. Maria was very helpful on the phone and she got quick results.

Overall nice equipment, BUT I'm fairly tall and at proper adjustment for my inseam the seat post has a noticeable amount of side to side play. As I'm the sole user I've shimmed it, making it stable but future adjustments will be fussy.

The bolts and screws package was open and spilled into the FEDEX truck. I am missing parts. EDIT: they made it right, thank you!!

I have a set of BowFlex Dumb Bells that I have used for years and love them. Your Curl Bar System was first of all extremely hard to assemble. I can not get the distance between the bars adjusted right. I mess with the alignment over and over again. Once I get it for the curl bar it is off for the straight bar. Not even sure how I would return this product as it is all assembled and the box is a mess. That will be the last BowFlex Product for me. You guys got me to the tune of $600. Congratulations!!

Easy site to navigate. Plenty of information to educate you on your purchase. Nice comparison chart between items. Can’t understand how some items are given free delivery but others are not, even though they cost the same price. Doesn’t make sense. Delivery charges are expensive.
