This is a typical click scam. After I filled in my information and paid, it took "Sophie", if that is even a real person, over 3x the time advertised to send me a list of names. When she did, it was clear this was just some generic list they send everyone, not at all tailored to my use case. Her descriptions of the names were ripped off from some existing websites. When I immediately requested a refund, I received no further response.

I have just two comments:
- i had a 1st problem with the payment, tried to reach customer support and got no answer
- names provided are ideal for english speaking markets but not so accurate for latin markets who are also seeking for international names - maybe this could be a service extention in the future, trying to find some latin workers that could help here :)

Sophie is really friendly. They provided me with 14 names initially. Really enjoyed one of them but asked for another round. They gave me 5 additional and 1 extra bonus (due to a little delay). I recommend their service!

Deduction of one star, because they are only to be reached online. No phone, no live communication that's a pity.

Very attentive service, although the guys first offered us 14 names that we did not like. However, we used the option of an additional 5 names for this case. 2 out of 5 fit us. I can recommend that users immediately specify the most accurate characteristics of the future brand or project. This will allow you to immediately get the desired result

Brands are Boring and Frozen Lemons are the same guys. Its a scam. They don't take into account your brief + they say they will send 5 more after debrief and I have been waiting for 10 days for the new proposal. A real scam. I wrote Sophie, twice, she didn't respond. I warn you don't do it.

The team worked very fast and delivered excellent and quality results in a surprisingly short time. The email communication with them was extremely easy and friendly and when we asked for a revision of names the team reacted very positively and delivered even extra names than initially agreed. Overall a very positive experience that can be recommended in the future.

I had a good experience. My requirements were tough and I realize not easy to follow, but also nothing special. The first batch had some good names but unfortunately no relevant ones for my business - some are too techy, some are difficult to read. The second batch contained one good name that was relevant, so the overall experience is good - they provide good names, and do it in a consistent and timely manner.

Had a great experience with these guys, they were a bit slow to respond but I got some great choices and it all worked out!

I was stumbling over names, none of which felt quite right and came upon brandsareboring. I thought I would give them a shot, quietly preparing myself for the search to go on and boy was I wrong. They really delivered and I'm thrilled. I found them super professional and receptive to my brief, flexible and very, very creative. Fantastic .

I wish i had read the reviews, prior to buying their service.
First of all - the 48 hours rule, is incorrect. I purchased their service on a saturday, waited 2 days, sent 2 emails before i was finally responded to by tuesday. Ok - benefit of the doubt, maybe they mean 48 hours in business days.

i then queried their process -asked them if there is anything else they need to know about my business, my services, my unique seling propisitions, my competitors - didnt get much of a response. at this point, im wondering how are they going to make me the best name when they know nothing about my business? i asked if they would check against available domain names, or trademarks in australia, got nothing.

The next morning - a response was delivered, along with 14 almost unusable names. The most "usable" name was a direct rip off a loan company that already exists. The rest of the names look like they were generated via an app or online generator.

Truely awful service, and really regretting using them! would not recommend.

Loved these guys, they gave me lots of quality options and did so pretty quickly!
